Very fast, efficient and practically completely soundless. I am using it with a KVM switch in order to have a backup to my old computer, but do not really need it since this i9-based computer checks all my boxes.

Feb 2024: Mini IT11

Replaced my 6 year old laptop and I got a HUGE upgrade! Very happy with the purchase, it only took a week to be delivered. Planning on buying again when my young kids need there own computer for school.

Very cool to have a little mini-computer attached to the back of my monitor. I suggest for anyone looking to get a solid computer in the $400-1000 range. Doesn't take up the space of a tower, more power than a laptop.

Everything went well with my order from ease of ordering to fast delivery. I will be setting everything up this weekend and if I have any problems I will post another review then. But the order and deliver were 5 stars!

I like everything about this company. The computer I got, their newest I9, was perfectly priced and it is seriously the best computer I have ever owned. And it is so small, just the size of a couple of packs of cigarettes, yet performs excellently, smoking fast with 2 tb of hard drive. Their customer service is also great, I changed my order a couple of days later, and they were able to upgrade my purchase seamlessly. Geekom gets a 10 out of 10 rating, I would buy again, am a very happy customer.

Great product and very friendly nice support person Ryan! The delivery time was much longer than what it was advertised (1-2 business days, but was delivered in 11 business days) due to Amazon delivery, that definitely need improvement.
Over all it was what I was expecting. The only other question was that it was advertised with a processor speed of Intel I9 with 5.4 GHz and when I checked the processor it indicated 2 Genuine family at approx 2600 MHz which was explained by email response that the speed of 5.4GH is at max turbo and can be checked with CPU monitoring tools and Ryan sent me the links to the CPU performance software which I have not tested yet.

So far the buying experience has been very favorable. My son purchased the A7 and was so happy with it that I thought I would order a IT12 to replace my aging desktop PC. So far so good.

The computer came and as expected, setup was a breeze. Up and working within a minute! No pre-installed proprietary interface to navigate. Great speed and performance, very happy!

Very happy with my Geekom mini PC. Everything works as advertised. It boots fast, is mostly silent, drives my two monitors with ease. WiFi seems solid, though I mostly used it wired.
Two things I wish it had:
- Micro SD slot
- USB-C on the front.

The Mini IT8 was easy to setup. It loads the MS 11 Pro system very fast. I am really impressed with the 550 mbps internet download speed. This replaced my Lenovo Laptop that was only getting 78 mbps download speed.

I ordered the Geekom ITmini12 and was presently surprised at how well it performed. The portable monitor was also a great addition to my travel pc arsenal. 10/10

Ordering process is easy and delivery is quick.
Good customer support, although it could be quicker. Unfortunately, they are in a different time zone.They reply as soon as they can.

Product is well designed and built and more cost effective compared to Intel NUCs.

Great selection of quality mini PCs. I purchased the A7 and it's very well made and super fast. The Bluetooth could be a bit better but I believe that's because of the case design - my Mac has a similar case and same issue. My only feedback would be with the shipping updates. I received the tracking information the day of delivery. To be fair it was delivered very fast (about 5 business days) so the only issue was with the notification.

I mini works fine, very pleased with it. I bought it through amazon and have no experience with their customer service.

I ordered the Mini PC Air12, which was an amazing value for the price! Surprisingly small and light. The GPU was not exactly ideal for gaming but I did not inspect the details closely enough to know that. Also, it comes with Windows 11.

Quick and great customer service. Order delivered promptly after ordering and receiving the product as advertised and ordered. The machine was installed and performed without any issues.

We were intrigued by the small size and large capacity of the A7 computer, and purchased it. The computer arrived about a month after it was promised, and communication with customer service was slow, primarily due to the time difference between Arizona and China.

The unit we ordered, and were told was in stock was not, with a long time frame for production. They tried to upgrade us to a more expensive model, and after some bartering we got an upgraded model at the same price - which was not the advertised price, by the way, but higher.

The good news is that the computer is operating well and meets our expectations. We love the compact size and the many ports for peripherals, so from that point of view I've rated Geekom a bit higher than I would have done had the above issues been more severe.

Fast service, excellent fast computer. Handles multiple touchscreens with ease

Over the past several years, I have embraced the NUC/Mini PC platform. At work, I use an $8,500 HP zBook Fury with the same i9 CPU as the configured Mini IT13 - at a fraction of the cost. Sure the Fury has a 16" screen, high-end NVIDIA GPU, 4 SSD drives, Thunderbolt/USB4, etc. However, the core function of video conversion/compression is why I bought the Fury. The Mini IT13 performed just as well for our needs at 4K conversion using Intel Quick Sync as the Fury with NVIDiA (NVIDIA hardware encoding or QuickSync). The bottom line was that the video I created on Mini IT13 also resulted in better results than what I achieved using NVIDIA hardware compression on the Fury. I don't expect everyone to be able to replicate these results, but in my mind, the MINI IT13 i9 was the better value for the task that I needed to complete. It is smaller and takes up far less of a desktop footprint than any of my other solutions. It's also a great and somewhat quiet everyday computer that seems to operate fairly cool and quiet in my use cases. USB4 connectivity worked without issue when a third-party nVMe enclosure with installed SSD was connected. So far, it's been a great user experience and I'm pleased with the outcome.
