I stumbled on these and ended up buying 2. Little bit of a lag for some reason and will likely reach out to tech since we are a Google Enterprise business and really don't use Windows much

I purchased a GEEKOM AS 6 (AMD Ryzen 6000H series processors - R9-6900HX 32GB RAM +1TB SSD × 1) in March of last year. It was not only my first mini-computer but my first computer not based on Intel Chipsets since my Mac PC was fried by lightning in 2010. It is without question the best computer I have purchased. It is fast, quiet, takes up very little room, has many ports (easily expandable at high speeds with its two USB-C ports), and runs at a cool temperature. I like this one so much that I am considering buying the new GEEKOM Mini IT13 powered by the 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i9—lots of power in a compact package.

Have bought several computers and have had good results with all of them. Even with one that had a problem.

Ordered a Mini IT8 and a IT11 in April of 2023. They arrived in a timely manner. Have had no performance or maintenance issues with either mini-pc. I play one fairly graphics intensive mmo game (World of Warships) on the IT11 machine and it plays as expected. It's not powerful enough to run DCS combat flight sim, which was disappointing, but not unexpected for this power-hungry game.
I have not had to contact Geekcom for any support issues and cannot say anything about that side of the company.

I love my Mini Air11. Great value for the money and it will displace my bulky tower PC. Windows 11 gives me some new features that are boosting my productivity. The small footprint has feed up space in my work area and the prompt responses from Geekom Tech Support have added to my appreciation for the product and the company.

Bought Geekom mini to run music production programs and it's handled those tasks perfectly. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

Five months ago I purchased a "Mini IT12 12th Gen Intel Core i7/i5 - i7-12650H 32GB RAM +1TB SSD."
I have no complaints, yet. Ordering was easy. The computer arrived when promised. Easy to plug in and start up. I'm using two monitors with no issues. The only slightly irritating thing I've encountered is when driver updates were suggested by Windows, I had to do some research to figure out what exactly the drivers were driving and which to choose if I had to choose between two. A little built-in guidance would have been appreciated. This would probably be no issue for those who keep up with all the nomenclature and performance standards. I had to research some of what is known by technically skilled users. I used to know computers on a much more intimate basis, but I'm old and now I tend to go with ease.
The 32 gb of ram is the most I've ever had available on a personal computer. I'm loving it. The computer starts of fast and suffers no buffer delays I can notice. Some high-resolution video streams have to buffer, but that may be my internet service more than the computer. Those are training videos. Netflix and Hulu and Spotify have no issues with streaming.
I use the computer for writing and photography and it handles MS Word, OneNote, Outlook, and third party eMail apps and calendars with no hiccups.
It handles large Photoshop files with ease.
I am not a gamer.
So far, so good. I'm happy.

When I first received my order, I was shocked at how small it was thinking no way this can't be right. I was ever so wrong, I am so impressed on how amazing, how fast this little computer is. Everything hooked up to and ran perfect. As you use it you would swear you are hooked up to a full size desktop computer. I highly recommend getting your next computer from Geekom I plan on from this point on getting my computer needs from them and their prices for what you get is also amazing, you can't beat the price either. Thanks Geekom I am one very happy satisfied customer.

I have been very happy with my GeekOM Mini IT12. Ordered before Christmas and received in timely manner. The GeekOm is compact, small footprint and runs with no glitches. Fast, easy setup. Nice quality build. Highly recommended!

Love Geekom Mini IT13, a wonderful experience of using a mini dektop. Very stable and fast.

The price really stood out to me what a great deal really wasn't expecting much but man was I wrong what an amazing of works great and is super fast handles all my daily tasks perfectly will definitely be buying my next PC from this company love my mini PC!!!!

i bought a micro PC from them , not only did it come quicker than I expected but it worked and continued to work great! It was a PC barely larger than a 3 pieces of bread stacked and not much heavier. For such a small PC it is powerful ti play most of my steam games that are not graphic heavy, and streaming movies, works fine as well.

I am Spanish teacher and photography student, this means that I need a computer with the capabilities to run office automation programs and at the same time programs associated with photographic viewing and editing. I have found this in a small but effective computer, totally silent and capable.
I teach my classes via internet with it and at the same time I can see or edit my photos; until today it has not failed me. The best thing about all this, is that it has been and excellent investment, since I have obtained a lot for the fraction of equal and even inferior products at exaggerated prices. Thank you GEEKOM

I love the size of the mini pc, but I found mine to be slower than I expected in running stock trading software. I expected 32GB to be enough. I bought the A5 Mini PC AMD Ryzen 7 5800H - R7-5800H 32GB RAM + 512GB SSD. I have not found the machine to be sufficiently fast in running Thinkorswim trading software (my 6 year old desktop with 32GB of ram runs it better). Also found it somewhat slow with Excel, delays in displaying formula results etc.

I purchased two Geekom PCs last year. One for my mom, one for the wife. They are great little PCs. Well built, quiet and fast. No issues so far after 6 months. I plan to buy a couple more soon.

The mini pc I ordered has worked great so far. There was an issue with the shipping address and customer support was very helpful and got everything fixed without any issues. Overall good experience.

I have received so far their Mini-PC as well as the USB Hub. Both the products are working satisfactorily. I will continue to buy their products in the future.

I recently purchased an A5 mini pc through Geekom and it is an incredible machine. They really spent the time and effort to come up with good packaging/presentation. Shipping was also very fast, the order was shipped to me in 2 days. Definitely will be buying from them again.

I ordered the Core i7 mini, and couldn't be happier with it. The small form factor and VESA mount make it ideal for my crowded desk. Running 2 monitors with no problem. I did have a noise problem with the fan running nearly constantly, but support provided me with a firmware update that solved the problem

Horrible customer service. The worst! I'm certain the machine provided was/is a great machine. It was, technically, insufficient for my own graphics needs, but probably a decent PC.

This PC was purchased with the understanding that I could return my order within the first 30 days. Instructions for returns require the consumer to contact GEEKOM for a shipping address. Phone calls were greeted with "there are no tech support agents available to take your call." After many, many, voicemails, after several direct email inquiries, and after two separate website form submissions, I had to conclude no one was listening. I was livid.

I finally received an email saying their US representative had been on vacation. THEIR ONE AND ONLY US REP? ONE? ONLY ONE?

I finally got an email with an apology and a mailing address (why is this such a secret???). I have returned the box and am anticipating a refund.
