I purchased this mini PC in late December 2023. The unit has performed very well. I really like the small form factor. I use it for image editing and some gaming. The performance is quick and responsive. It is small but mighty.

I recommend getting as much ram and storage you can afford. The integrated graphics gets the job done. I also purchased the 16 inch portable monitor from Geekom. The whole setup works very well together.

This unit has replaced my laptop and I have been impressed with the performance and portability.

I have three Geekom PCs. They remain the best PCs in my office and computer labs. Fast, massive RAM, plenty of interfaces, low heat. I am rather stunned, frankly, at the small size and large computing of the Ti series. I have had no issues, literally, with Geekom equipment. I recommend this company highly. Great tech, extraordinary value. Their word is trusted in my company.

Have had the A5 for about 6 months and has worked better than I imagined.Am thinking about ordering another soon. Never thought you could get this type of performance from such a small pc. Love it!

Ordered a Mini IT11 with an i7 processor and 1TB SSD. This compact unit is replacing a tower of another brand that was 7 years old, so the differences are stark. My new Geekom Mini has an almost instant startup, is nearly silent, and easily mounted out of the way on the back of my monitor. I added the docking station/hub, so I've gained an incredible amount of real estate on and around my desk. I'm very pleased with the performance and price.

I ordered an A5 for use as a headless vm server, followed by an IT13 for use while editing photos and videos. Both are working great for me. Performance is good. Setup was easy.

I was very skeptical that such a small footprint would produce such a great computer. Put it did! The setup was a breeze. My GEEKOM Mini IT13 with the 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i9-13900H processor just silently does its job with surprising ease. It runs all day long and is cool to the touch, something that I was worried about.
It has plenty of needed ports arranged logically both in front and back. The Intel Iris Xe Graphics setup handles my two 27" monitors without any problems.
Arriving with a Lexar SSD NM7A1 2TB drive provides ample room for OS and all my programs with still a lot of room for data.
I would recommend (and have) this computer to anyone.

Communication with Geekom representatives was great! Shipped fast and am extremely pleased with the product. Startup and turn off time fast and great with internet.

The mini IT11 is small, quiet, and always works. I use it for stock tracking, some graphics work, web browsing, and email. I certainly have no complaints. I ordered it with 32 GB ram, and 1 TB storage. Going on one year and enjoying it enough to order a second identical one for the family.

I have two IT11 mini pc's that have been performing flawlessly for over a year now, purchase and set couldn't have be easier. I use one for general computing and the other for minor photo editing and music editing and the performance if more than expectable, I would definitely be returning to Geekcom for my future needs

My order confirmed 3 days after I ordered, and my MiniPC showed up in a fancy box a couple days later. The device has was exactly as advertised, trivial to set up , and has been working flawlessly

Product is well made, good quality and works well. I like it very much. I use it daily.

I bought a Geekom IT11 to replace the main office PC where I work. The new machine takes up 10% the space and saves our office manager a ton of time due to the SSD and lots of memory. Shipping was quick, and the machine is well-designed with plenty of ports and a VESA mounting kit. The only downside is the boot time takes a little longer than I'd expected for an SSD, but it's still a fraction of the boot time of the machine it's replacing.

I ordered a Geekom Mini IT13. It arrived within a few days and it's the best computer I've ever had. It's actually faster than the $5k desktop computer i purchased brand new 5 months prior. It's very small and light so i can travel with it anywhere. I highly recommend getting a Mini-PC from Geekom.

I bought this for a tight fitting space where I barely had room for the monitor so an IT13 that could hang off the versa plate on the back was perfect! The device shipped quick, was super easy to hook up to the monitor, plug in a wireless keyboard and mouse and we were off to the races. It's not the fastest computer ever, but I'm using it in a research lab to acquire images from two microscope cameras and it's had no problems with the cameras or the software that drives them. It's not laggy at all, and runs the things I need to just fine. We're not really pushing hard on the tech specs, admittedly, but for what it is, it's a perfect device to run our systems in a very small footprint.

I have had this for a few months now and it works Great!! Much better than my old desktop. Games run smooth and all apps I use are fast .
