I really like my Geekom IT 13. It is a snappy little pc !! Very quiet. Excellent for surfing the web and it plays my Rift game smoothly.

This is the best computer i've had, very practical because of it size and performance like a full size computer. Easy to take with me wherever I go. I'm also planning to purchase another one, can't beat the price.

This thing is awesome! We have had it about a year now. Tons of power and quick in a very small space. Added a 2TB drive and it does everything we need.

Geekom mini 13th Gen i9 computer is fast and easy to set up. It works very well with two 4K screens.

I have always received a response when I contacted Geekom for any kind of questions. They are good and reliable to work with.

Where to start? I placed an order, never received a tracking number, a few days later I requested via the website a tracking number. My account had been charged, along with an international shipping charge, No tracking number, I reached out again, was told I would have it the next day, I had to follow up and received another email stating the item was not available but I had been charged. I requested a refund in full and was offered a more expensive in stock model for 169.00 more. I asked for my refund, I was then offered a $33 keyboard and mouse at no charge if i agreed to the more expensive unit. I asked for a refund, I was told it could take 2 weeks for something they never had in stock but tried to upsell me on another model. Still no response.... Went to the bank to take care if it. DO not buy direct from them.

Waking from sleep mode is an issue but the PC is fast.

I bought a new GEEKOM A7 mini pc couple of weeks ago. I love this thing so far. Small, quiet and powerful. Love the 32GB of RAM, and 2TB of storage. Boots fast, and I’m running Adobe Creative Suite with this. Works with a Dell USB-C dock, too. I ordered directly from GEEKOMPC.com. I ordered on a Sunday morning, and it was shipped to me via FedEx Ground from Los Angeles area, on Monday, and it arrived on Thursday. I’ll definitely purchase another one when needed.

I purchased an A7 mini PC Ryzen through geekom.com. Pricing is great, shipping (US) fast, and the customer service is extremely responsive and helpful.

Better in all ways than my previous tower Dell. Faster start and faster processing. I use the 12-i7 for general home use. I would buy from Geekom in the future as needed.

Very happy overall with the performance after 90 days. Super fast startup and works very well for my needs. The footprint is great as this is 10% of the size of the desktop case this replaced.

My only con is the fan noise. It is constant, but mostly gets drowned out by the TV or music when I'm working.

I have the Mini 11 - great little computer. Works well, it’s relatively fast, very quiet and easy to add memory and external devices. I like it a lot

Function, Price, Size

Very pleased with Geekom. First: I ordered my mini I9 PC on a Friday. After they confirmed the order I discovered I mistakenly order the I9 instead of the R9. I tried to cancel and reorder but could t so I sent an email to customer service to explain the problem on a 3 day weekend. They acknowledged and said they’d get back to me. On Monday they called and indicated they would swap the order to the R9. It arrived correctly before I even got the shipping notice! I plugged it in and it booted to the newest version of windows 11 - no updates required. I setup my BOINC account with max specs and watched a dozen tasks run. The A7 case only got warm to the touch. I am very impressed with this A7-R9 mini PC.

Purchased a Geekcom mini PC. All I have to say is INCREDIBLE!!!!!

I ordered a Mini IT8 and it’s met my expectations. Shipping was dreadfully slow due to a holiday (not sure what holiday, as it wasn’t a holiday here, but the company was closed right after I placed my order.)
Aside from the delay, the experience was good. I love the compact design and performance of the Mini. I am pleased that the company doesn’t install bloatware on their pcs. I will order from them in the future.

I ordered a MiniFun11 PC that won't boot, so Geekom promptly replaced it, paid for a USB soundcard of my choice, and added a free 16" portable monitor worth $150 for the inconvenience I experienced. Shirlee Lee, the customer service supervisor at Amazon, reached out to me and took care of the issue timely. That's what I call great customer service.

I moved from a large floor desktop case to this little guy. I only do business related stuff so I no longer needed some giant gaming machine. After remodeling the office, this fits perfect under my desk riser out of sight. Its awesome to show friends and people how small it is and convenient to have a tiny workhorse like this.

I have ordered two of these small form factor boxes. One is for my workshop where space is at a premium and windows OS was acceptable. The other, a 32G machine, was set up as a Linux based virtualization box for various applications. Both have worked flawlessly and I have no regrets.

I was recently looking to upgrade from two laptops from around the 2014 era. I originally had two towers, then tried the laptops. Pricing towers was quite shocking price wise, almost enough to stick with another laptop. My nephew recommended looking into the mini-computer market instead of full sized towers. I wasn't aware of mini's at all, he was right though. After researching many mini's, I decided on the 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-12650H. It has all the speed and memory you could ask for, it is so fast, it's almost unbelievable. I used to wait for email, websites and so on to open with the laptops but I found out it wasn't the websites slowing down it was the laptops. Now those same sites open in the blink of an eye....not kidding. I am so happy with my mini, probably the best computer move I've made. I'm a very satisfied customer, thank you, Geekom......excellent product.

I spent much time looking for a replacement computer and noticed the advantages in a "miniature" unit. I did days of comparison between Geekom and other popular brands. Considering processor/memory capacity, price and actual size, I chose Geekom Mini IT13 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-13620H 32GB RAM+1TB SSD. Ordering was easy and arrived within 5 business days. Was very easy to set up simply following the screen prompts. I've been using it for 3 weeks now and have found it to be more than capable. I'm so thrilled to get so much performance from a computer no bigger than a small jewelry box.
Prior to the purchase, I did contact Geekom regarding processors and they responded promptly. Also, they alerted me throughout the shipping process. I would highly recommend Geekom when considering your next computer purchase.
