Buying 2nd A7
I bought one for home, liked it so much, getting one for work.
Geekom has stolen my £££ - no PC / no refund / 4 months waiting
I purchased in November. It's March 22nd now. Still no working mini-PC. Geekom are essentially refusing to refund.
Received faulty item. Provided evidence. Geekom asked me to reinstall Windows/pull apart and clean). Didn't solve issue. Sent back (tracked/signed for).
Geekom have had the returned PC for 6 weeks. Three weeks in a row they have said 'stock is in next week'.
They are refusing to provide a refund. I have asked about 5 times.
They won't send a PC or give me a refund.
Customer service emails are 1 line excuses and refusals to issue refund.
Company feels like a scam.
*Update*
I have just received an email saying they won't have stock until 'maybe' Mid-April. That's another three weeks away. The options they provided to me were:
1- Keep waiting
2- Swap to another model (but there are none within £100's of pounds of the Air 12 I ordered).
They did not list 'refund' as an option despite knowing I want a refund.
I have provided them the relevant Consumer Rights Act 2015 information that demonstrates their legal obligation to provide a refund. But they are refusing to do so.
Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Ordered, then told product out of stock and then not responded to my messages asking for a refund, offering me a ‘free keyboard and £20 off’ instead.
Update: have now been offered a refund.
Will update depending on if/when the refund comes through.
Great Product(s) and Customer Service
Great products. I have the IT13 and all-in-one USB. The IT13 is super fast as expected. I run Ubuntu 22.04 with no problems and no noise. I have had it for 2 months. Its performance still brings a smile to my face. Customer Service was very accommodating since I had to delay acceptance. Geekom accommodated my request without hesitation.

Like other users I experienced a delay in shipping. I wish that the communication from Geekom was more self generated and forthcoming as the original purchase stated just a few days. However, once I received the machine I couldn’t be happier. It’s just a small mini Air but this little thing does exactly what I ask of it. I am a Mac user, but have a few Windows based applications for work. It really does the job.
Geekom Mini IT13
I have brought the Mini IT13. It was easy to setup and use. For such a mini PC it exceeded my expectation of how powerful this mini PC is. It had no problem running games on my steam library and other games. I am happy with my purchase will be probably look into the A7 R9 build soon.
Geekom A7 (R7-7840HS)
I ordered my Geekom A7 on January 13 and received it March 7. This is my first mini PC and first purchase from Geekom. I have to admit I got a little nervous about the delivery delay as the shipping date on the Geekom website kept getting pushed. I emailed support and was assured by Annie that my order would be filled as soon as available. My suggestion to Geekom is to email their customers periodically to give them updates when there are delays.
So far, I am very happy with my A7. Setup was easy and I've been able to connect 2 monitors -- Dell 32" curved monitor (3840 x 2160) and Dell 23" (1920 x 1080). I setup printing via wi-fi and my Logitech MX keyboard and mouse were simple to connect via bluetooth. The A7 is very small and quiet and seems quite capable of doing everything I want: web browsing, watching videos, word processing, etc. Note -- I am not a heavy gamer.

Just awful, the pc was really loud and over heating, customer service was very poor. Basically very cheaply made Chinese products. Avoid pay a bit extra for something that works.

Geekom Mini Air 12 Pc
Shirley attempted to be as helpfull as she could and i am only sorry my review of the product does not match her eagnerness to assisit. The item fan was still very loud and this was the second one i received all being it was free,to make up for the terrible experience i had with the first item.
Performs well but lacks product support.
I have revised my initial three-star review to a one-star rating. In the two months since I gave the original review below, I have had a USB port fail, the headphone Jack fail, and the computer now regularly freezes up and won't load web pages, so I have to sit and wait until it decides to cooperate. I am done with Geekom. I need a computer I can rely on, so I'll buy an Acer laptop and toss the Geekom in the recycle bin.
I purchased the Geekom mini PC A5 about four months ago. I was very happy with how quickly it booted up and shut down every time. It runs quietly with the fan coming on only occasionally. I would have given it more than three stars had it not been for the lack of support. I depend heavily on my computer's Bluetooth capability. About 3 weeks ago Bluetooth disappeared totally and I was left without a keyboard and the ability to communicate through my telephone Bluetooth connection. I contacted support to help resolve the issue, but I could not get a reply from them. I have since had two separate technicians work remotely, but neither could resolve the issue. My only option now is to purchase a plug-in Bluetooth adapter.
Great communications
Great communications. It was time for me to replace my old machine, I could see the big difference. I am not a gamer and this mini PC accommodates to my daily computer needs such as photo editing and intermediate video creation. Well done!

I have been using GEEKOM products both personally and in our organization and I couldn't be more happier with the products and service. I bought several mini PCs as stands alones for our smart conference rooms or networked together. I have two mini PCs for personal use. One as a Linux PC and the other for a vloging channel. I have bought two companion LCD screens from GEEKOM for vloging that I am happy with. I Love GEEKOM.
A Great Product
Our model IT11 Mini PC surpassed my expectations to the degree that I purchased a second one. It is well constructed, has great specifications, and is offered at a very fair price. My 2 Geekom IT11's successfully replaced two older desktop computers. I highly recommend this product to anyone seeking to purchase a small transportable computer. Geekom has proven to be quickly responsive to our request for assistance.

Mini IT13 i9 a Great PC
I ordered a Mini IT13 i9 on 18 Feb 24 I received my order on 27 Feb 24. I connected a wireless keyboard and mouse via Bluetooth with no problem. The Mini PC booted-up quickly with no problem. Connected to the internet via WiFi and downloaded the Win 11 updates with no problem. Upon start up I can hear a slight fan noise but it goes to no sound after a few seconds. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Product works great. Reasonably priced. Expected shipping speed. My only complaint, is that I had to email to get the tracking code.
