MINI PC never sent

I ordered a Mini PC early in March this year, the order was visible but only ever "in progress", after ten days I chased it and received an apology with the request to wait "a few more days", long story short, after more chasing them (to silence) the credit card company refunded at the end of April.
I got my money back, no real hardship, but this was my worst retail experience, so far, this year.
I'm guessing not enough orders to build a batch. Doesn't feel like they care about small fry purchasers.

WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM GEEKOM!!!!!

I have had such an appalling experience with Geekom that I feel the need to write a second review. This company are absolute snakes.

After only one year, my mini PC broke. They offer a 3 year warranty, so I contacted them. It took a week for them to respond.

There is no grasp of proper English from 'Mina' who is the 'support' and communication is difficult and laboured. Emails have been backwards and forwards now for weeks.

They finally offered to send me a replacement, saying they couldn't fix the PC.

I send my PC back to them (at my cost). Once received, they tell me to choose a model from the website as they no longer have my model.

When I choose a model, they tell me then I need to pay the difference (more than what my original PC cost) in order to recveive it! Of course, I said no.

I told them that I wanted a refund, or repair or replacement. The reponse is simply:

"Hi
Your order has over 1 years and we can't refund you

Hope you can understand

Mina"

So they have my broken PC, and are not replacing or repairing it. WTAF?????? I don't even have in my hands my own PC that I bought from them anymore. They have deceived me into sending it back.

Absolutely disgusting and appalling behaviour. This company is extremely untrustworthy and deceitful, and the warranty counts for nothing.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Terrible all round

Terrible all round, bought from UK website crap computer which was noisy and blue screened all the time. Customer service awful, don't feel ill ever get a refund. Basically the wish.com of mini PCs.

I Bought an it13 i9 It arrived…

I Bought an it13 i9 It arrived absolutely soaking wet. The outer box was dry but the inner box was dripping so much that I was not plugging this thing in. Tried to contact Geekom, nothing, no response nada. Contacted PayPal. They managed to get a response from them, they offered a replacement unit. That was the last I heard from them. No replacement, no response from repeated emails, WhatsApps and online support. It’s just like they have disappeared off the face of the earth. Hopefully PayPal can get my money back. BEWARE.

Great piece of kit

Had to go out of my way to write this review.

Bought the i9 mini PC in December 2023. Don't be put off by the size of this machine. It's small but absolutely a fantastic piece of kit for the price.

OK, you have to kit out your extras like webcam, keyboard etc but the ppGeekom is super fast and upgradable.

A definite buy for anyone changing their pc!

Lousy AI Service

I replaced a 5-year old Dell mini PC which couldn't run Windows 11. After a couple of weeks my Geekom 11 started having blue screens and failed to boot up. Efforts to get technical help were fruitless. Annie was my only contact and she gave me some suggestions on ways to solve my problems. I was assigned a tech service number but they never contacted me. I struggled for over a month trying to figure out what was wrong. I'm sure I spent over 80 hours. I hesitated to return it because with periodic reinstallation of Windows I could use it for a few days. Annie agreed to replace it if I sent her tracking number. I sent the tracking number and then got a request to send the serial number on the computer that I had sent them. They failed to send me a new computer until they received the faulty one. I was without a computer for 14 days instead of 7 days as promised. By then I realized "Annie" is AI, not a person. My first computer was an Apple 2e and I have purchased 100's of computers, mostly Dell and a few from Apple. I never got one that didn't work. I got no sleep for a month and felt like a zombie. Microsoft gave me an hours worth of help and Geekom gave me none. The new Geekom computer has been working OK for a month. I love the system and the packaging but if it fails the cheap price is worthless.

4 months old, will not boot, no support

Bought a mini in January 2024. Works great until two days ago. It will not come out of hibernation. Power button blinks amber four times. The email to support has gone unanswered, been 48 hours now. The phone number I found online rings busy. Chat button useless no one online. Should have a Dell.

Please avoid GEEKOM !!

All I can advise to anyone considering GEEKOM is avoid at all costs..Update since my last review, is they are refusing a refund even in evidence that the package being lost. Yet despite showing them tracking stating package lost they just lie saying it’s been delivered without a scrap of evidence or proof of delivery. There is no other side to this saga. Just save yourself the money and find an alternative supplier, most will have a bad experience.

I bought a GEEKOM A7 Mini PC and so far…

I bought a GEEKOM A7 Mini PC and so far so good! It's a great PC, with a sufficient amount of space (1TB). I've had it for about two months and it's been running very smoothly. The only reason I gave it four stars is the fan does tend to be a bit noisy at times. Other than that, it's been an excellent PC!

PC failed within 3 weeks and support useless

PC failed within 3 weeks and support do not seem to understand my messages ; their replies completely miss the point. I said the PC will not start up i.e. problem with power, they say reinstall windows !!?? Iam trying to return under 30 day deal. I will try to be influnced by reputation rather than mass advertising in future. Got refund in the end

Their support is non existent

Their technical support / customer service is non existent. It took three days of communicating with them via their website chat, before they acknowledged they would forward me to tech support. And I thought I had been talking with tech support the whole time! grrr... The answers they provided showed they were not listening to, or understanding my questions about the Mini IT13 not being able to load Windows. Their responses to installing drivers were so incomprehensible I couldn't believe I was chatting with someone in support. Even after providing screen shots, their responses gave no indication that they had a clue as to what I needed.

This was the absolutely worst customer experience I've ever had. I believe that the Mini IT13 is a fine product, but the buyer better be prepared to do any repairs or troubleshooting on their own.

Geekom Mini-PC IT12

We ordered our mini-PC IT12 around Thanksgiving and it did take a few weeks to arrive because of a supply shortage. When it arrived, the fan was quite noisy and we contacted the Geekom about the issue. They quickly responded with a software fix and now, the computer runs very quietly. Overall, we are happy with the performance of the PC and the value of the unit. The company was great to work with.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware. This is a lie totally BS just bought this 2 mounths ago,same mini PC for 249.00. Took 6 week's to get here not 5 business days. Then the windows 11 is a bootlegged copy with the spyware Redline stealer and Bladabind in the c drive. Contacted Geekom many times even requested a refund. Nope not happening two reasons I bought it directly from them so bank said nope, geekom said nope because of the 30 day refund is from the day you purchased it. It took 6 week's to get to me. So called shipping delays but hey that's not their fault and we won't honor anything about it. And when asked about the bootleg windows 11 response was its a third parties problem what about the spyware. Again not their problems. W.T.F...
Ended up wiping it and putting Linux on it. Don't trust Geekom
