I used Geeks website Free Online Computer Help. I got a response straight away and the advice was helpful and easy to follow and it solved my issue all in probably around 10 minutes. Thanks Geeks, much appreciated.

Top class service from moment of first call to them. Miles was here punctually. He worked very fast and efficiently. It has not been possible to get high speed internet here ever in past. At times there has been no effective wifi here at all. Three services have been paid to fix this before now, and none succeeded. Miles had this sorted very fast, with nearly 300 Mbps download speed in all rooms AND on both floors. I think he is a wizard. Also thanks to Anthony, the Geek on W manager who is so very confidence inspiring. Excellent all. John

Miles came on 1 July as agreed to deal with my PC problems and was polite and knowledgeable throughout and sorted the issues out. I would highly recommend him!

Luke did well to sort out my laptop. Knew what he was doing, made some changes and gave it a clean bill of health. What I liked was he showed me what he was doing and gave suggestions for future use.

After getting assistance from many many people we gave up and got Kieran from Geeks On Wheels. His confidence put us at ease and he solved the problem like it was nothing. A very friendly and knowledgeable staff member.

Josh was super efficient at contacting me to book an appointment. He was able to resolve my computer issues in a timely manner. Josh was very knowledgeable and talked in easy to understand computer language.
I would recommend Josh for anyone requiring an efficient, knowledgeable, likeable computer expert.

Prompt service but was not skilled enough to solve the problem. I called geeks on wheels for a problem on my printer. I told them what i had done so far but with no improvement. They were prompt and were nice to deal with. They still charged me full price though they have not done anything else that i have not done already.

Really bad experience with Geeks on Wheels (Wellington) today. I got in touch with them to help improve the performance of my MacBook Air. After less than a minute into the appointment, I was told I needed to get a new laptop (after confirming my laptop was a 2015 model). This info could have been ascertained prior to the appointment. I asked for a discount, thinking this was reasonable in this situation, but Geeks on Wheels went on to charge the full fee ($156) for less than a minute of work. Poor form!

Friendly, helpful, patient and efficient! Did what they promised they could do (upgraded my increasingly sluggish iMac desktop), kept me informed and met their own time target. I am very very happy.

PC blew up...literally. Geeks on wheels very patiently explained what they would try to do to resurrect the old pc, not happening, so then they guided us to a good solution, installed, tested and working 110% Great staff, great communication. Suggest all boomers who are struggling a bit with the new tec and you have problems; give them a call.

My father has been a customer for many years. I asked for your help to burn a copy of my mother's funeral onto a CD for him, so he can watch it again, which you couldn't do. Poor.
