Received Kitchen Scales that were not working. The cable didn't work neither the batteries. Really poor quality. Asked for a refund and they sent me a replacement. Don't feel like even opening the replacement. Not happy.

It’s a bad place to order anything. I ordered powerbank and it came damaged package also when I opened the product , was damaged. When I took of screen protector under that screen was lots of dents wears and also scratches as well. Never trust this place again !!!! Be aware !!!

Buyer beware. Product is not even worthy of my bin. No phone number and zero response to emails.

Received my order in 3 days (as advertised + 1 day for rural delivery), so I'm pretty happy about that.
However on the morning just before I received it, I realised I didn't receive an order confirmation by email when I placed the order online, so I emailed them stating this and asking about the order status. I provided my name and address so they could find my order as I hadn't received an order number. Not long after sending that email, the postman came with my order, so I emailed again to let them know. Later I received a reply simply stating "sorry, we can not find your order". If I hadn't received my order, I would be pretty concerned at such an inadequate reply. While I did promptly receive my order, I wouldn't order from this company again due to the fact that I never received an order confirmation and that they couldn't find a record of an order that they actually dispatched. This doesn't bode well for an easy resolution if an issue were to arise.

Still got masses of spam emails even after unsubscribing multiple times. Finally had to block. Unacceptable.

Ordered on the 10th October, received no confirmation of order nor dispatch. E-mailed to query after a week with no response, waited another week and queried again with no response. Ended up requesting a refund through PayPal - absolutely shocking service and wish I’d looked at reviews before purchasing.

Will never be using this company again and would advise people to stay away.

Appalling service. No contact by message or email. Still 'packing' item after a week, just ignore the shipping in 1 to 2 days its an absolute lie.

You get what you pay for, only bought from here as it said 1-2day lead time, 4 emails later. almost 2 weeks later and no movement on my tracking, only to check my emails to find my item had been refunded- Would definitely not shop here again.

Phone wallet didn't fit my phone. Size was wrong. Holes wrongly positioned. Fingerprint unlock can't work

Ordered a car scanning tool on the 3/5/23 and as of the 5/6/23 it still hasn't even been shipped, have sent the multiple messages and no response to either of them... Thankfully it was only a small amount of money, but it doesn't matter, never shop here....
Well after months and months and I had actually forgotten about it, I got an email from geek store on the 20/8/23 saying "congratulations" your order is on its way... 3½ months to ship a product is terrible... Geekstore is ordering online out of China when you place your order and that's why it's takes so long, so don't expect your order to arrive promptly, I haven't used the scanner yet but it's taken so long to arrive I got rid of the problem other ways

Terrible customer service . My product arrived broken trying to get a replacement / or refund has met with silence. Would not buy from them again

Sent me the wrong item. I emailed to request a refund or replacement. They asked if I opened the product to check if it was the right one, I confirmed that it was the incorrect product, and then they never replied. Very unhappy with this company.

Dont shop here 2 weeks later still no product, no replying to the emails and a facebook message ive sent. Ended up having a buy something i didn't want from another shop leaving me out of pocket.

Much like others, I experienced bad service from Geek Store. Had to chase up an order for a couple of phone cases as it was stuck on 'Processing'. Finally got an email from them a week later with just a tracking number. No "hi, sorry for the delay etc". Won't be buying from them again.

I placed my order on the 26th December. Website says delivery in 3-5 days. No mention of delays for holiday period. It’s now the 10th January and nothing!! No replies to sent emails, no other contact numbers. Order still says processing!! Do not deal with this company, shop elsewhere!!!!!

What a waste of humanity this useless lot are!

I checked in via email as to whether the product I wanted was in stock, to which they gave a non-specific response that implied it was. I then ordered, and they immediately said it was out of stock. I asked for alternatives to suit the same phone, they said they had zero options. Absolutely nothing in stock. Why they didn't tell me this in the first place I don't know! Now its been 5 days and I am fighting to get my refund back. If not sorted soon I am off to the police. These incompetents should not be in business!

DO NOT BUY anything from the Geek Store unless you want to be SPAMMED. They will not unsubscribe me from their SPAM Newsletters & marketing and there is no contact phone number to phone them. I have emailed them directly to ask to be taken off their email list a number of times, getting no reply and I am still getting their SPAM email to this day! I will never buy from them again or recommend them to anyone!

Rip-off, what they do is sell you keys that cannot be used and steal your money for it. They are thieves, stay away

There phone cases are very flimsy and the quality is cheap. Ordered a few different kinds and zips were all hard to slide and broke within a week. If you give a bad review on the site it doesn't post it. I will be seeking a refund.
