There phone cases are very flimsy and the quality is cheap. Ordered a few different kinds and zips were all hard to slide and broke within a week. If you give a bad review on the site it doesn't post it. I will be seeking a refund.

These guys are scammers. They sell product keys for office that has been used yo many times and do not follow up with any useful information after numerous emails to them. Stay away!!!!

Always had fast, efficient service. Had a problem with ordering wrong case but this was dealt with efficiently.

Bought office 2019. Quick service but no service and cannot activate because the key is not valid..been used to many times. Send 10plus requests to them for a valid key 'different replies but no valid key. There answers is jyst to answer..after 48 hours..but then not useful no new key. They were eager to take my money. 30 days expire and have to buy it at another store. I hope they see this and give me my money back. They gey away with it and should be closed down.

I purchased a Microsoft package from the Geek store and I am trying to use Word and Excel but its not working. It says its an unlicensed product. I have sent an email but get an automated response with query number. This is affecting our business as I am unable to do quotation.

If I can give 0 star, I will.
Sent me wrong product, did not apologise but offered 50% refund and keep the product, I paid for my product in full price, why do I have to accept a wrong product?
Offered me refund but will have to drop it back off to their warehouse to get the refund, they should have organise a courier pick up for the wrong product sent, their service are not acceptable. Do not use this company.

This website is fantastic when choosing the right case to fit your phone . They have got lovely patterns too chose from. HOWEVER, I brought a unicorn phone case. It really started to rip and tear very quickly, and the colors was fading very quickly too! I only had it for 2 months!!! They look beautiful on the website, however the quality isn't really that good at all. The phone cases are very cheap and horrible. I wasn't really that impressed with the phone case. Please 🙏 don't buy from here!

The product I received from them was timely and in good condition, I can't really fault that. The only issue I had was that they double deducted the amount of the invoice from my credit card. This occurred in early December 2021 even with a level of correspondence, mainly from me, as of March 2022 has not been resolved.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS: This is the worst business I have every come across. Needed to return a product. Their phone is never answered. They don't read emails and reply with the same answer. They will take your money, but when there is a problem and need a refund, they just hope u will go away through frustration. BEWARE, buy elsewhere, there are plenty of businesses that sell these products. Has anyone ever received a refund. I guess not. Cheap products with no after sales service. I think Jenny Chen Ecube is the only employee working there, as she receives the returned goods, sends emails only in the morning, there is No Team.

BE VERY CAREFUL PURCHASING FROM GEEKSTORE! The product I ordered was described differently on the website and poor quality. In trying to return it as per their policy I have sent MANY emails which they don't appear to read/understand. Fed up with the rubbish customer service and whilst I didnt spend a lot of money, it's the principle behind it.

Terrible experience. SLOOOOW shipping and No communication from them. They do NOT respond to emails. Just don't go there

I wish I could give 0 stars for this review. I purchased a product that arrived damaged, I emailed them about it and they tried to blame the courier (clearly wasn’t damaged during transit). I responded and waited two weeks for a reply, meanwhile reaching out multiple times during that two weeks. I finally receive a response after advising I’ll be taking it further and they said they issued a refund. Two weeks later (now) I still haven’t received the refund, so I email again at which point she asks for my bank details to issue the refund (you think they would’ve done this earlier and not told me the refund had been issued when it hadn’t!) overall, disgusting customer service and the “hi customer” in every email, despite me signing off my email with my name, is just tacky and uncaring. Would definitely not recommend buying from here.

DO NOT BUY IN GEEKSTORE! I ordered a glass for my phone and it arrived broken. They did send it again... and it was broken AGAIN! I asked for a refund and I got credit on Geekstore. I do not want to purchase here, want my money back!

Wish I'd read these reviews before I put in my order @Geek Store. WORST online experience ever. Received a phone case/wallet & the zipper in the coin wallet was split upon arrival (+ overall quality of the case was low quality). When I politely emailed to advise of the disrepair of the zipper, asking what options I had to replace or refune, I received this reply: "Dear Customer, this is a brand new case, so for the zip you need to do up and down 3-4 times, it will be good, Kind regards, Jenny" (she didn't even bother to address me by name). I replied sorry, but the zipper would not budge. Jenny replied (again, not bothering to use my name): "Dear Customer,
every new one zip like this, you can try more times." I felt like she was calling me a liar. So I sent her a video of me trying to unzip the compartment to no avail, asking could I please have a contact for her manager. No reply whatsoever. I've never experienced such a non-caring attitude from a customer service rep, not willing to help a new (potentially repeat) customer whose delivered product was nothing short of inferior. I would definitely not recommend this company.

And again, another great purchase from Geekstore. Fast shipping and delivered in good condition. Highly recommend A+++

If you only want cheap items and fast delivery, OK - they can sure do that. But if you count on a refund when an item is faulty, just don't. The item I bought is faulty; broke after 20 mins of proper usage!
They don't answer emails, chats nor refund forms filled after a week and 3 tries of contacting them.

I had a great experience. I ordered a phone case on a Wednesday afternoon and it was delivered to the Manawatu by early Saturday morning. The delivery was quick and I loved the product! I hope to order another phone case soon. Thanks Geek Store 👍
