The earrings are very nice, fast delivery, but the contact with the staff was so-so. I asked them the same question 3 times before they answered me. No help or suggestions from them. Maybe it was the person who answered the question, but it affects the entire store.

Worth a try
Paid nearly £40 for a silver mystery box: only to be sent an old, badly tarnished charm! Disappointing, to say the least!
Update on 20th March 2026:
Received a reply and resolution within 24 hours, and have received the most gorgeous silver ring. Would give them another chance!

VERY poor quality
Where to start,
Last year i bought a ring to propose to my girlfriend, the ring was bought in may/june for a September proposal in London,
One week, literally just one week after she wore it, a stone fell out, contacted Gemondo who are USELESS in their communications, don’t bother trying to ring, they rarely answer the phone.
After getting a replacement eventually, partner was finally happy, 2 weeks ago the replacement ring lost a stone, now understand this is not due to rough care or handling, this is purely poor quality, which brings me into the THIRD ring, which after emailing and getting no response just magically turned up.
This ring was a complete joke, talk about poor quality control, the head was bent to one side, and the WORST bit, the ring had clearly been resized from another size and done so very badly, so again sent back for a refund, which i will admit i received promptly m, but again zero communication not even an apology
DO NOT USE THEM, it’s cheap trash quality jewellery. and it’s not just me, a friend also had the same issue with stones falling out
