Great company, received items on time and always responding to query.

Very nervously I purchased 2 amethyst stormed from Gemselect , never having heard of this company.
They were very helpful in matching the stones to my specifications, and replied promptly to my emails , keeping me up to date , prior to shipping.
The stones arrived in many layers of protection and were to my relief were exactly what I expected .
I would have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone, and hope to buy more in the future.
I thank them for being honest and efficient .

Love the pink spinel gemstone I just purchased from your company. I received it already so it was only two weeks and one day, excellent! Quality and price are wonderful.

I have purchased gem stone's from gem select 3 time's. The prices, choice and quality are as good as any other online gem store.
The last time I ordered a stone from gem select I waited for 1 month and no delivery, so I emailed gem select to let them know I had not received my order yet. They replied to my e-mail within a couple of hours offering an identical stone or a refund, I chose the replacement stone and received it 12 days later.
It's good to know there is a genuine money back or replacement guarantee.

I love this website, they offer gems and all varieties sizes and shapes that I cannot find anywhere else regardless of how hard I look. The only Improvement point that I would like to suggest is to make their website more appealing as in easier to navigate around and offer more payment options for example. For the rest, they're great.

I am curious if there are any updates to the order below. I will place an order, take it to a jeweler, and have it verified. Thank you!

I live in France where buying jewel stones and having them mounted is incredibly expensive. They all think that they are createurs, they are not. So I have been inhibited from buying stones from enterprises like GemSelect.

No longer. I have found a superb craftsman locally and so bought a fine Amentrine from GemSelect for my wive's Christmas present. The stone was fabulous and not expensive, just look at your local jewellry shop on the high street......Hideous, monstrous rip off. Just do it yourself. Find a craftsman you can trust and you are home and dry, rings, necklaces, pendants, whatever you want, you will find a superb, reasonably priced stone at GemSelect.

Delivery was fast and effortless.....I did not even get done by the French customs ! Treat your wife, daughter to something that you might have imagined to be beyond your price range.....just look.....it is all waiting at GemSelect.

If I had a modicum of doubt I would say so, internet trading can be a scam. Confidence is everything, the product must be exactly what it says it is........I am open to any enquiry about this recommendation.

Just got my ruby gem delivered. The gem is exactly like the picture and it has an amazing red color. Not many inclusions that can be seen with the naked eye. Their shipping amount is a bit steep (20$ Fed Ex) but it was really fast. There is another shipping option for 7 USD but it's no insured and may take a longer.

you can also get a certificate of your gem for an extra 20$ but I didn't do that as I think it's a bit expensive.

I also contacted them via email to ask questions and the replied to me quickly and throughly. Really liked their customer service and will come back for more.
