I found Gemstoneuniverse searching for Gems, 4 months back after consulting an Astrologer online after having some career issues who asked me to wear 4 gemstones in a pendant.
However not convinced I started searching for gemstone recommendation online and after extensive browsing ordered 2 gem reports for myself and my wife from Gemstoneuniverse after being convinced that they have the best Gem advice.
To my biggest surprise and amazement, after 10 days I got the report of my wife and a refund for me stating that my chart was optimized and that I needed no Gem therapy with a link in the email explaining why I did not need any gems. I was a bit disappointed as after looking at the testimonials etc I was looking forward at wearing a Gemstone from GSU but it helped break two stereotypes. 1) There was a Gem for everybody. 2) Being a Gemstone compny they will definitely recommend me a Gemstone
My wife was recommended an Amethyst and A white Coral and these are not very expensive of Gemstones as compared to many other gemstones on the site and we got them studded in a Single pendant for her. I must add that is a very impressive diagnosis and recommendation.
I have seen substantial improvement in her health and mood condition and it’s a measurable change. I admire the approach of Gemstoneuniverse and I can say for sure that they are providing a great and an honest service that we greatly benefited from & they are subject experts in their field.

Excellent product, bought a yellow sapphire and a pearl from gemstoneuniverse. Packing was nice and safe. The quality of yellow sapphire is top notch for the same price i had tried to procure it localy but the clarity was nothing compared to the one i bought. Well, but does it work? Its been roughly 2 months since i have worn the yellow sapphire and a month for pearl. For yellow sapphire there is a slight change i feel(being optimistic) but not as much change as the pearl has given me. I am completly stunned and happy that my anger issiue has come down and i dont loose my cool at all! There are situation when i feel dam 2 months back i would have lost my s&*t but now i am really calm. It has really solved half of my problems till now and i hope it continues. Secondly the customer service is top notch ,reply is quick and all the concerns are addressed properly. I really wish the best to gemstoneuniverse and its team for its excellent product and its professionalism. Recomended

Everything went fine, excellent quality of stone and ring, I am satisfied with everything.
Two things should be improved:
1. The Website is far too slow and the informations given are not clearly structured. Also the design looks a litte like web 2.0
2. I ordered from germany and there was no information about the custom duties etc in advance. Well, as a buyer I should be good informed by myself ... but I would admire this service by Gemstoneuniverse.

I received my coral ring , just between the timeframe I was told I will receive. It has not yet given me good or bad results , however the way it was put together with instrctions , instills unknown faith in me that I'm going to be blessed. Honest business with real descriptions of the stones. I was nervous about ordering a product from another country, but the service and quality is excellent. The healers that they work with are very talented- I could tell when they started to work on my stone. There were delays in receiving the ring, but that was outside the control of Gemstone Universe. All and all, VERY highly recommended.
