Excellent service above and beyond

Sales rep Wesley was so helpful and really put me at ease with the finance purchase of my vehicle, such a smooth process and explained in great detail so that I felt comfortable making the big decision. All at George Kingsley were very professional and absolutely a credit to the owners. Would definitely recommend to others!

If I could give zero stars then I would, we've had nothing but problems since we purchased our Ford Focus ST-3, when we bought the car we was told it was loud but unmodified, we later found out that it had a straight pipe on it (it came with a brand new MOT) so had therefore been modified and it shouldn't have even passed the MOT, the MOT garage had no recollection of ever MOTing the car so possibly a dodgy MOT, 3 times they done a failed repair and wouldn't let us get it fixed at a garage of our choice, instead everytime we had to take the car back to them, we had petrol fumes coming inside the car from the exhaust and they made us pay £150 towards the cost of the repair, when it still wasn't fixed the 3rd time we had to contact the finance company and ask them for help and when the finance company stepped in George Kingsley refused to accept the return of the car, which has now been collected and taken away to auction to be sold.

Their warranty is s**t and doesn't stand for anything, it's supposed to be a nationwide warranty but yet they made us take the car back to them everytime they done a failed repair, we purchased this car back in the beginning of November and it is now February and the car has just been collected for sale at auction.

You also cannot leave a review directly on their website, it has to be emailed to them and they then check it before deciding to post on their website, this is why they only have 5* reviews, because they filter them first so it makes them look good!!

If you can find another car somewhere else then you would be better off as it will be less headache and stress for yourself!

Hi we’re can I start all I can say it was a pleasure dealing with all the staff at gk motors all pleasant and polite at all times made all dealings easy what can I say about the car excellent all round condition as described drove it to my house 250+ miles away and was still really clean on handover explains all your statoury rights about distance selling very upfront and honest which is not the case with some dealers I’ve dealt within the past car was preped to a high standard beside a few stone chips which he did tell me about couldn’t fault it also put Fresh mot on and a service even tho it wasn’t even dew can’t fault this place and would highly recommend and would buy of them again

Hi part exchange the car with them when I was told they only could get about another two grand out of it when they got another 5K then I was sent a range Rover which was leaking gas into the cab. This was tested and it was positive for gases in the cab they brought me another one which was a BMW with a broken windscreen and they said it had been serviced and it had not as the service light kept coming on so I’ve now had it serviced still awaiting the glass to be sorted out so I asked for a different car to which the reply was give us £4000 which means it would’ve given me £13,000 for a car I paid nearly £9000 for and this was all in the space of 10 days this is a shame because I could give them so much more business in the car they were going to give me which I asked for they said they had lots of interest in it yet two weeks later it’s still on their books so they lied to me do not go there at any expense ever

Really good company. Car was well prepared, and staff are friendly and helpful. If there's a problem, they'll do their best to make sure its sorted, and that your'e happy.

Do yourself a favour and just dont they sold me a car with a f*cked heldex possibly gearbox car would jolt sometimes when you whent to pull away not right on a auto box it also burnt oil you could literally smell it burning if you whent into boost and made a wierd noise when turbo kicked in they buy most thier cars at auction get them very cheap and charge a top price for them
