Do yourself a favour and just dont they sold me a car with a f*cked heldex possibly gearbox car would jolt sometimes when you whent to pull away not right on a auto box it also burnt oil you could literally smell it burning if you whent into boost and made a wierd noise when turbo kicked in they buy most thier cars at auction get them very cheap and charge a top price for them

recently bought and shipped over to the isle of man , a Landrover Defender , apparently fully rebuilt ,sand blasted and painted chassis, as we have to test older cars for road worthiness on the isle of man , the car failed on many accounts and is not road worthy, corroded chassis parts, steering, suspension, diesel leak and more , garage wont pay for repairs , and have had to already pay to ship over , they wont even cover return costs ,
certainly not the way to do business , taking legal advice now

What a rude customer service. I believe spoke to the owner and affter few questions told me am time waister. Am not going to spend 10k on something without even asking any questions, he even pointed out that sent him 24 messages.Long story short but told me to go away as i said am going to leave generous review about it. Told me hopefully will learn valuable life lesson for posting lies about his business, which part is lie am not sure but what i am sure never buy a car from dealers like that. Says on website won reward for customer service, not in my experince thats why am leaving this review.

EXPENSIVE AND PICKY. AVOID.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Brian and his team at George Kingsley and I found the service to be excellent. Brian was always receptive to answering any questions I had relating to the car I was interested in and he was always polite and professional unlike others I have used in the industry. Also a special mention must go to Behra who added his own customization to the car which gave it the edge over others I had seen. I am very happy with my purchase and I would highly recommend Brian and his team to anyone wanting to purchase a used car.

Not what I expected! My previous experience of buying 2 cars through dealers hasn't been good.

From the first call to the last, GK were simply brilliant. They couldn't have been more helpful. They were honest, decent and went the extra mile.

We will be back to them to change my wife's car - I've NEVER been back to a dealer twice!

As the 5 stars state: I have NO reservations recommending them to anyone who wants a decent car which is backed up by a top-notch buying experience.

I bought an Audi A6 from George Kingsley having seen the car advertised on autotrader. It was my first time buying a car essentially online, without actually seeing it, but the experience was absolutely first class.
Starting with my initial phone call the company were extremely professional, friendly, and interested in my requirements. I was given a verbal tour of the car, which was comprehensive and honest, and matched the photographs on the internet. I was also sent the link to a video of the vehicle which provided even more detail.
I then discussed delivery options and I was happy with the reasonable cost, bearing in mind the 400 mile round trip. I was also reassured with the policy of the deposit being refundable if the vehicle, on delivery, wasn't the same as agreed.
So having paid the deposit and arranged delivery communication remained first class. On delivery of the car it was exactly as described, and I am delighted with it.
I have waited a few weeks before posting this review just to allow time for any hidden niggles with the car to be manifest. There have been none. The description was fair, the paperwork honest, and the car excellent.
I was nervous at the idea of buying a car unseen, from a company on the other side of the country, but I would not hesitate to use George Kingsley again. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.
