I cant have a higher praise for this company and their Staff particularly Jason. Original delivery was delayed, Jason got on top of this issue, and gave me his mobile number and chased it and updated me on Sunday!
Item delivered two days late, but I had contact, solid updating on progress, and someone who cared about the customer.
I have purchased a number of items from GJ, and they are always high quality, with great in store service as well.
No question about the rating!
Relates to the Bond Street store not US.

Poor website customer service supporting UK
Great products but poor website and customer handling for UK customers.
1) normally buy Gorg Jensen presents at john lewis. but they were out of stock on a xmas gift
2) the contract centre hours are terrible. most shopping contacts are in the afternoon or saturday. When Georg Jensen is closed. it only does 09:00-13:00 mon-friday
3) there is only an international contact number in the web page. Most UK people do not have (post Brexit) standard price international dialling
4) the email message received from customer service, come over as condescending, as they assume you know their archaic discount rules.
i did not know that the 10% discount which kept appearing in my screen to sign up did not apply if i brought two items.
if Selfridges or Harrods do a 10% off day, it applies to everything (except medicines). Georg Jensen as of December 2023 has a pick and choose approach for discounts that is off putting and not clearly stated.
5) Should change the error message that appears when a discount code is not accepted. It stated that it has been entered wrongly, rather than is rejected. As the code is 15 characters long, it is easy to assume that you just typed in was wrong.

Presentation could be much better for a high end product.
Ordered a torun bangle from the official website and selected complimentary gift wrapping. The item arrived unwrapped and in a damage box, on opening the box found foreign matter and finger prints all over the bangle. I suspect it’s a return item that has been sent to me without going through any quality control.

So disappointed
I have ordered Christmas decorations for friends and family from this company for decades and they've always been great. Put in an order this year and, as always, ticked the box for gift wrapping. This year they came from a third party 'fulfillment centre' instead of from George Jensen. The goods were not gift wrapped, instead one group of four similar items were lumped together in shrink wrapped plastic. None of the usual feelng of luxury or quality at all. This year it may as well have been any old tat out of a discount store. Gone downhill big time!

Terrible customer service
Called on Monday to put aside an item that was on sale & advised I would be in to pick it up on Thursday. Went in to pick up the item only to be told that the item was back up to full price. The store manager wouldn’t honour the sale price and I was told it was $200 more that I would have to pay. Poor customer service and disgusting that even when they were wrong still didn’t honour the item!

I am trying to place a gift order. But Jensen does not respond to my calls to customer service (1-800-5253). Jensen answers the call, but I'm told they will call back. They have not called back.

If there was a minus 1 star they would have it. I was gifted earrings/bracelet. Returned the bracelet because it was too large and asked for a credit. I was told (after 18emails, because they don’t do phone calls)I had to purchase the earrings for $525, then send the invoice back to get my “credit” reimbursed. Insanity, buyer beware. They still have not credited me $525. Go elsewhere!

Disappointing Christmas Ornament
I have been collecting George Jensen's Christmas ornaments for over 20 years ...my mother started the tradition...I love it however this year 2022 was very disappointing...it appears that the ornaments no longer come with a hard case to store ...it is now packaged in cardboard box (I would be happy to pay more for the hard case ) and the designs of the ornaments are now somewhat repetitive (I now have 4 angels) whereas they were more individual in previous years ....

Awful delivery service
I really like the products and the jewellery. My 1 star is based on the terrible experience with delivery. I’d strongly advise people to not use their ecommerce outlet as UPS is so utterly awful. I won’t be using their site to buy their products again.
Currently I don’t know if my package has been lost or potentially event stolen by someone at UPS.
In the space of three days, I’ve been messed around constantly by them, with numerous lies or just incompetence across every form of communication. Their tech doesn’t work, their customer service is awful across phone/twitter/email and their app is just wrong. But most of all they just do not deliver. I’ve paid for this “service” and they don’t even know where the package is in their depot.
So it’s a 1 star for Georg Jensen for using such an awful delivery service. I do hope someone at Georg Jensen or at UPS can manage to find the package and get it delivered before Christmas.

Placed a order from Canada on their Black Friday special.. When I placed my order it came up as a error message and to try again. Same message appeared again. A few hours later I got billed twice. You can only leave a message which I thought was strange that there was no live person. Sent a email to find out that they cancelled both orders. Sent another email to ask why and response was to reorder. I can no longer get the same price. The items I ordered where for Christmas presents. Another email sent and I got a code for 20% which I can get by signing up for emails. Still does not get me the same price. As much as I love George Jensen and there product I won’t order through their site again and I won’t advise anyone else

Trash customer service and misleading website regarding delivery
Trash customer service and misleading website regarding "next day delivery to metro areas". Ordered on Monday and paid extra for express metro delivery - it's now Friday and item still not delivered. Contacted customer service and the snotty woman on the phone palmed off the blame to Australia Post (even though that's Georg Jensen's business partner and they take your money for the postage). The necklace I ordered has now missed my girlfriend's birthday (yesterday) and I'll be following up with Office of Fair Trading regarding Georg Jensen's misleading website to try and prevent this happening to other people.
