Absolutely brilliant service and advice from Michelle at the Brecon Branch. Her help was invaluable and I am sure went beyond the call of duty. I wish other companies were this efficient.

Bought a new phone from Aaron on Monday, came back on Saturday as my Facebook wasn't working! He's now sorted it out for me and i am very grateful

Hereford store-
I went into the hereford store looking for a phone, a lovely gentlemen called Joe and a female member of staff helped me choose a phone. They gave me pros and cons from a variety of phones and helped me choose one best suited to me. Even fitted my screen protector and case for me so I could walk out shop ready to use.

I went into my local get connected shop on Thursday to purchase a new phone. I was seen by Geoff who was outstanding on helping me with my new phone. He gave me the best deal and switched me from EE over to Three as I’ve been having problems with them. Geoff was completely understanding and I can’t thank him enough for helping myself. Definitely recommend him!

Good Afternoon I felt I must write regarding the outstanding service I received in your Pontypool shop. My good friend David told me about the shop and the amazing chap John Griffiths, lovely chap and so very helpful. I travelled from Cardiff to get the VIP treatment. John was helpful to this old technophobe and I’ll be returning next week for my new phone.
John is an asset to your company and whatever you’re paying him is simply not enough. I’ve also emailed his manager Michael to pass on my feedback

I contacted Evit last week as my contract had finished and needed a new sim. He was so helpful and gave me the best deal. Evit ported my number from EE to three and fixed any issues I had straight away.

I needed to renew my mobile phone due to glitches although I still had almost 3 months left on my contract. Fortunately Jess was there and helped me search for the best deals, a phone to suit my needs and even transferring my photos, contact etc. over to my new phone. She was such a great help and I was really happy with the service I received.

I had the most fantastic service from David at the Get Connected shop in Craven Arms when I needed help with two new phones. I am a long-standing customer with Get Connected but find phone technology confusing and David took the time to explain things very clearly, to set up the two new phones and transfer data onto them for me. As I need the phones for my business, his help was of vital importance to me. Thank you David.

I normally buy my phones from EE but I really don’t like the staff in Bristol shop. Someone told me about the Get Connected shop in Pontypool so I drove over the bridge to take a look. When I got to there shop there were a few people waiting but Jon assured me I wouldn’t be too long. What a great chap Jon is, he listened to what I wanted then recommended a great phone for me. He really could not of been more helpful. Im not great with technology but Jon moved all my pictures over. Even gave me some great advice on taking pictures as he’s a keen photographer himself. Great guy, great shop, great experience I just wish he was a bit closer.

Elena in your Wellington shop helped me choose the best deal, and find the best phone for myself. I get nervous talking to new people but she made me feel relaxed and helped me understand what I was leaving the shop with. Thankyou again!!!

I have now visited Jonah in Wellington two times, and each time he leaves a lasting impression! I always leave feeling reassured and confident in the information I’ve been given! Jonah has helped me find a perfect deal to suit my needs, while still being easy to understand. Very happy with the service I’ve received, if only all customer facing staff where as nice and helpful as him!

David in the Craven Arms outlet helped me get resolved an unusual problem on my Vodafone contract Samsung A20e before Christmas 2021. It had to go back for a warranty repair & his help in saving all my data and getting me a temporary old phone working whilst it was away was superb. Thanks David

Connor in the brynmawr store was amazingly helpful today. He talked me through all my options and gave me alot to think about. He is a real asset to your company. I cannot thank him enough.

I would like to thank Tommy Conlon from the Church Stretton shop for a very efficient, friendly and excellent impression I received after I had difficulty in setting up my phone.

After failing everywhere to get an iPhone 12 in white for my daughter as a Christmas present, out of desperation I rang Get Connected in Treorchy. Within 10 minutes, Jess rang me back and said she could get me one with the same deal as other major operators.
Absolutely excellent service and nothing was too much trouble for Jess. She is a credit to the company!
Would definitely recommend Get Connected and will return in the future 👍🏻
