I have used get licensed a few times now and this time was not like the other times. The trainer was dull and boring didnt seem like he wanted to be there and was more lenient to with other learners. He wasnt very approachable and wasnt that helpful and clear about instructions.

Once again, I had a very smooth S/G refresher session, thanks to Matthew Lowe and Callum M, whose guidance made the process simple and easy to understand. I was initially nervous about doing my practical in front of a camera, but I quickly felt at ease, and it went smoothly. What can I say? 💯 I would recommend it.

Excellent Training for SIA .
The communication is excellent from the team from the time you register until the completion of the course. The training is second to none, and our trainers Lee and Tom were great in regards to the training, very easy to understand and implement. George very knowledgeable and…
George very knowledgeable and professional but one student in particular spoilt my enjoyment and that of others as he was loud and constantly talked over others not respecting their understanding of the process. He was drinking at lunchtime and during breaks and generally annoying. As a trainer myself I think I’d have had a quiet word with him

However, we genuinely appreciate your honest feedback regarding the disruptive student. As a trainer yourself, you know that maintaining a "clear and direct" learning environment is vital. We take reports of disruptive behavior and alcohol consumption extremely seriously. Professionalism and sobriety are non-negotiable in security training, and this behavior is a direct violation of our code of conduct.
We will be following up with George and the training center to understand how this was managed and to ensure our instructors feel empowered to have those "quiet words" or take formal action when a student’s behavior impacts the safety and enjoyment of the rest of the class.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We want every learner to transition from our classroom feeling respected and focused.

George is a very funny, but proffesional at the same time guy, has a huge knowlege, easy to understand.

Great online experience- content and videos gres and exam organised very professionally.
There were definitely a few exam questions not covered in the course work, but I guess it’s hard to cover everything

Great course
Great course, long days!! Tutors Simon and D were brilliant. The only reason I didn't give full stars is the venue did not even lay on hot drinks. You could buy your own at the bar but you don't have a lot of time especially first thing in the morning. There was bottles of water but, sometimes only coffee will do.
Great course,very full on,very knowledgeable tutors. If you want to get in to Security work, would recommend.
