Great car !
With the fresh snow, maybe you can change the tires with one with spikes.

The car worked fine and used very little petrol. Slightly clunky automatic gearbox and parking brake, but once you get used to it, it works fine. I would suggest to rent it and will rent myself again.

Very satisfied! The vehicle was clean, in great condition, and easy to drive. Perfect for moving and transporting larger items. Pick-up and return went smoothly.

The car wasn't charging. We contacted the car's owner. He explained everything to us, and we followed all his instructions to the letter. The car still wouldn't charge. Given the situation (the charging stations told us there was a communication problem with the charger), we and the owner agreed to request assistance. I made two requests, but no one contacted us. I tried calling the emergency and assistance numbers on the app, but I was on hold for 40 minutes! The same thing happened to the car's owner.
After spending more than three hours trying to find a solution and with no help from GetAround support, we notified the owner (who was very understanding) that we would be returning to Oslo by train and leaving the car parked in a parking lot.
It's a shame.

The car matched the description, but the interior was not clean and, most importantly, the boot would not open, which was inconvenient for the journey.

They never reply and just charge card without notifying. Never recommend!!!! When they should return money for overpayment - they disappears.

The car ride went very smoothly, it was easy to find the car and the lock/unlock it. So would definitely book at get around again

The given position in the app, where to pick up the car was inaccurate, leading to a search for more than one hour in an industrial area, which was poorly illuminated and difficult to oversee in the middle of the night, when also nobody from the car rental side could be reached. A not so pleasant experience, in addition to arriving very late to Flesland due to a delayed flight. The walking distance from the airport to the parking place was also considerably longer than announced.
In addition, the car itself had very poor headlights, where one side was totally blind.
Otherwise, I liked the idea of picking up and returning the car with just the help of an app.
The car was also OK to drive, as long as it was daylight...

Vehicle was there, in order, as agreed. Vehicle itself had only half a tank of fuel, and was quite dated (159000 kms, older with no modern features at all, e.g. no reverse warning beeps, no dab radio, etc). Additionally it has a lot of small dents, scratches etc. The photo on the getaround app shows no advertising text on the vehicle (i.e: in the photo the vehicle seems plain white), however, it has ‘Getaround’ plastered all over it which is not what we wanted!
Overall, the vehicle is functional (performed its purpose) but is overpriced for what you get if you add any kms or insurance. We wouldn’t have hired this vehicle again for our purpose on the day, but it was ok.
