Hello, the ease of picking up the vehicle, the cleanliness, and the vehicle's operation were all very good.
BUT, we've received some charges for which we don't know the reason. We also haven't received a detailed account of what they're for. We only have information on the cost of 100% loading. We don't have an invoice or an account of what the remaining charges are.
That's why we're processing a claim for these amounts.

Awful fuel calculation
This vehicle does not have included fuel in its pricing for short mileages and I ended up paying 287 kr for 86 km which is either bad fuel economy or bad calculation of fuel (the owner said the car consumed 15% of the fuel tank (0.15*70=10.5 liters) in 86 km which is not realistic for a diesel engine in highway.
