They scam you with the 250 euros deposit!!!
Well, I'm really disappointed with that company. It's 5 April 2026, the day I'm writing this comment, and I'm still waiting for a refund of 250 euros from my deposit. Because, yes, guys, the price of renting the cars can be cool, but! You have to pay an extra 250-euro deposit, and you risk never seeing that money again. They give you a fake Trace audit number for your bank in case you have a problem with the refund, but I've shown that to 2 different banks, and neither couldn't do anything with that number. Because Banks need an ARN number, which I've asked Getaround for,and they replied that they couldn't provide it...

good experience with Get around customer care
Hi,
i reserved a camion for a day. before return back i need to fill the diesel in it. when i took it was 75% but when i was filling needle was not moved and came at 70%. so i have to fill completly the tank. i requested owner to give back the money for extra fuel. istead of giving money back he took money from me for not filling the tank and then i contacted customer care. they reacted to this situation and gave back that extra fuel money.
