We have had some issues over our time with DearDoc with follow up from some team members and points of contact changing, but Justin Kim and Maria Ochoa have been absolute rockstars. Both are incredible responsive and make sure to stay on top of our requested tasks and issues. We have greatly appreciated their communication and follow through.

I wanted to share my recent experience as a warning to others. Their product might work for someone, but given how they've treated me, I wouldn't want to work with his company.
I had a call from someone claiming to want to feature me on WebMD, but didn't find out until during the call that he was from DearDoc. Their service helps improve your website, seo optimization, and features you as a preferred provider on webmd. I was skeptical but still too the call. Once I realized I do not need their service I ended the call only to receive the nastiest follow up text.

I run a digital marketing company, and my client signed up with DearDoc for a 1-year $24,000 contract. They make promises that are not kept, the technology is mediocre, and their customer service is nonexistent. Their contract is ridiculous, not a single promise of performance or customer value, just how they intend to hold clients in to their contract - here is the content: This Payment Agreement (the "Agreement") is subject to DearDoc's standard Terms of Service ('Terms of Service"), in addition to the following terms and conditions agreed upon between DearDoc and Customer (individually "Party" or the "Parties"):
This agreement will auto-renew at the end of each contract Term (the "Renewal") unless either Party gives the other Party notice (via "written notice with verbal exit with Customer Success Manager") of termination at least 30 days prior to the end of the contract Term. In the rare event of a cancellation request, clients are required to participate in a mandatory exit interview as part of our continuous improvement process.
Upon Renewal, Customer authorizes scheduled charges to Customer via credit card or ACH account. Customer will be charged the amount indicated above each Billing Term. A receipt for each payment will be either emailed to you or available in your DearDoc billing portal, and the charge will appear on your bank statement from "DearDoc" or "Ratio Funding I LLC".
I acknowledge that product results vary and are not guaranteed.
