Excellent Support and Quick

DearDoc General Support was incredibly easy to use, and I received a response very quickly. I definitely prefer this method over calling or emailing. Fernanda was exceptional—she addressed all of my needs and answered my questions promptly, clearly, and thoroughly.

My experience with Manola Chebaux from the implementation team has been exceptional! She helps with any questions or problems that arise . She helps with other reputation/ websites to get the difficult things done , and follows through! Lastly she also follows up to make sure things are moving along.

DearDoc is Great for Chiropractors

DearDoc has been a great partner for our chiropractic office. They have helped us with our website, SEO, and AI chat bot, and it has made a real impact on our ability to attract and book new patients. The AI chat bot has been especially valuable because it helps answer questions and automatically book new patients for us, which has taken a lot of pressure off our team.

Fernanda has been wonderful to work with throughout the process. She is professional, responsive, and truly cares about helping our practice grow. We really appreciate everything DearDoc has done for us and would absolutely recommend them to other offices.

Had an appointment with Cassidy Knox…

Had an appointment with Cassidy Knox today. Very clear, concise and to the point while being very engaging and friendly. She demonstrated the strengths of what DearDoc has done for my company and showed value objectivity. She took the time to demonstrate where we could do better with my companies website and new solutions DearDoc offers. Give her a raise...she's good.

Disappointing Platform and Poor Follow-Through

Experience with the service ended up being far more frustrating than expected. Initial onboarding looked promising, but communication quickly became inconsistent. Questions required multiple follow-ups before receiving clear answer. Instead of a smooth support experience, responses often felt delayed and incomplete. Confidence in the service dropped because reliability never felt fully established. Customers deserve faster support and clearer communication from the start.
