Exceptional customer service, highly competitive prices. Ordered a few times from this company in the last few months - everything has been delivered quickly (accepting a little bit of a COVID delay with one order early on), well packaged and of the highest quality. There is also loads of info on their webpage, and they are really responsive to emails or messages through facebook to help out beginners like myself. Could not fault them at all!

Used a couple of time (during COVID). The first order was completed online & arrived in a couple of days which was good. The second time I filled my basket but by the time I was ready to order the fermzilla was out of stock. Called them to find out when the next order was due in and spoke to Mark who done everything possible to help me.

Multiple times I have had split grain bags, lost deliveries, delayed deliveries due to weight with no contact or resolution attempted. When it all goes well, its fast delivery and good product but once there is an issue its like pulling teeth. Wont be using anymore which is a shame. Not worth the gamble.

At first ok but on the latest order, although it takes nearly two weeks to arrive, they ring to inform that one item wasn’t in stock, I said ok, replace with equivalent to then be scrupulously told that my order was over 30kg and they wanted extra postage. I went through the order and based off the weights explained that the order was under the threshold to one told that the cardboard box caused the weight to go in excess. When questioning that a cardboard box does not weigh over 1kg, the person hung up on me and later cancelled the order. These lot a bunch of cowboys, think twice about using them, I won’t be, that’s for sure.

I'm a first time wine maker and ordered the complete kit with Get'er brewed. Within days I was contacted by phone to say my order was being packed but the Australian cab/sauv I ordered was out of stock but an equivalent would be sent. Within 2days of that call it was on my doorstep. That's great service. Well done

I have used this company a few times now so thought I would leave a review.
During the Pandemic this company has worked tirelessly to dispatch my orders ,and many like it, in a timely fashion.
My order may not have been the biggest however, they sealed my order in bags for my safety which gave me great confidence that hygiene was of the utmost importance.
Communication is key especially at this time, and Get 'er Brewed kept me well informed throughout.
I have no problems whatsoever in recommending this company to anyone.

On my third order with Get Er Brewed. The best-stocked place during lockdown, but was already using them. Good prices, but for me the clincher is the fact that when you order liquid yeast, they include something to keep them cool without asking, but still charge less for the yeast than some other suppliers.

Geterbrewed are a fantastic company to spend your money with.
I have placed 2 orders during the lockdown with them as more local companies were unable to help me.
There attention to detail is unsurpassed,they obviously have a real passion for what they are doing.
I will now be using them as my first port of call in the future and would encourage anybody else looking for anything to do with homebrewing to do the same ,you will not be disappointed,

Great delivery time. Good prices! Quality ingredients and love the custom kit option. The staff put a lot of work into getting your kits together and good attention to detail with writing what’s what in the ingredient packets.
Can’t wait to use Get Er Brewed again ... and again

Prices are good. Custom grain kit is a brilliant service. Staff are very helpful if you call. However they take a long time to process online orders and the delivery from parcel force takes several days. If order online from here be prepared to wait over a week for your order to arrive. I have ordered three times and all of them took over a week to get to Scotland.

Was starting to panic as kits were a birthday present. Then I receive a phone call apologising as the company had just moved premises & had problems, which is to be expected. I was told that the kits would arrive within 2 days, definitely, & they did. As an apology, a bag of carbonation drops were given free. Would definitely recommend this company as both customer service & service are how it should be done.

Top class company. They have a massive range of homebrew supplies and ingredients. I wish that sometimes delivery was a little bit quicker though, but no major complaints. A++++
