Fantastic item and very good customer service. If I could say anything bad it would be don't use evri as they contacted me on December 29th to say they had my parcel but it only got delivered at 8pm January 2nd. Apart from that excellent service

Avoid - Poor communication. 14 days on and still no despatch confirmation.

Ordered on the 18th December (plenty of time before Christmas). Instead of an order despatch, I am getting bombarded with marketing emails and discount incentives just to make matters worse (my items probably further discounted before they're even despatched). Marketing team need to work on some exclusions within their database..

Not a single email or communication to explain delays on my order. I had to make a phone call to chase my order and still no further forward.

Clearly a very poorly run business.

Excellent service especially at Christmas time, my purchase was delivered quickly with no hassle Internet sale. Purchased a small cable to link my bubble air tent to my existing power cable on my battery of my motorcycle so I don't have two power leads coming of my battery.

The staff were really helpful over the phone regarding my order. They even upgraded my delivery so it arrived on time for Christmas! Thank you very much.

No problem with the goods they’re great but why o why do you use Evri. They are so bad I won’t order from companies who use them. They failed to meet the slot they allocated. Didn’t return next day as promised but gave very short notice when they delivered the following day. I waited in for the first delivery! I never learn. Same story today from Evri with a different order. My wife’s delivery last week was put in next doors garden waste bin. They are damaging your business and reputation.

Wonderful independent business giving great support to their customers, an example of this being the phone call I received to ask if I was happy to change my delivery choice from dpd to royal mail as this gave more liklihood of a Saturday delivery.
