The customer service is exceptional. I needed an item for a trip and called to make sure it would arrive on time. The staff went way beyond normal service, keeping me informed and ensuring the delivery was out on time. Its a rare pleasure nowadays to get such service and deserves full 5 stars.

Great Oxford product at the best price online. Only downside was the 10 day delivery. I'm used to, and spoiled by next day delivery!

I unfortunately ordered my items during a restock,I phoned to make enquiries on my order and couldn't have been happier with the assistance given, was informed by phone call that order had been dispatched and would be delivered next day. So I was shopping around for an upgrade helmet. Came across Get geared and there were a lot of options and discounts available. Easy repayment options. Easy to use website. Made my order and my helmet was delivered to my home without any delay. The best thing was, there was this personalised note written on my delivery slip with a hand drawn smily face wishing me a safe ride. That made me feel valued as a customer. There was also a candy posted in the pack which my daughter was happy to get. Not seen this kind of personalised service from any other providers so far. The product was nicely packed and I am enjoying my rides with my new lid. Highly recommended.
