Quick delivery

Bought a crash helmet
Next day delivered..fantastic!!!
Ordered wrong size but this was exchanged with no trouble at all!!
Brilliant service was kept informed by phone !!!!!
So nice to be treated like you are a valued customer and not just a number!!!
Thoroughly reccomend this shop

Ordered boots that were meant to be…

Ordered boots that were meant to be sent out at the end of the week but there was a delay due to stock arriving.I was kept informed by a member of staff who could only keep apologising but they did arrive and I am very pleased and would recommend this company to anybody.

Good customer care

I had a small issue with lack of communication over my order being delayed but this was quickly resolved by some excellent customer service.

Everything was easy from ordering

Everything was easy from ordering, delivery, to have queries answered by a excellent customer services , they were most helpful , polite and helpful . Even though i had to exchange my hoodie , and the size I want is out of stock , I’m willing to wait and purchase my hoodie when they have it in stock , which I’m told won’t be long and the wonderful customer services will call me soon as it arrives , love this service , you have a new customer now , thank you

After I messed up on my order a quick phone call and chat with Trish, who's a wonderful lady, got everything sorted out. You rarely get this level of customer service these days. Keep up the good work guys

I have not one complaint about this…

I have not one complaint about this company. I order some pants to come next day they never came next day book the way they handle the situation and the staff that man the phones are so nice it’s unbelievable. The operator that dealt with me is wait a year for it to come if I was dealt with like how she dealt with it thumbs up 👍🏾 from me
