Ordered some alpinestars gloves as my current pair had split open. Paid for fast postage as I needed them asap, 7 days gone by hadn’t heard anything about them being posted so sent and email and got a reply saying they had been delayed and would be posted next week. It has now been 3 and a half weeks and after sending a couple more ignored emails and hearing nothing back I opened a case on PayPal to get a refund and get the gloves elsewhere. Total waste of time

Awful company , been nearly two weeks and still no contact or despatch email, con artists avoid !!!

The products I've received so far have been great, I've used this company several times now and it's always been good service and I like supporting independent shops. I've been let down a little on my last order, I've been waiting about 4 weeks for my order to arrive to date. The communication is about 2 days to reply back. 1st time I asked for an update I received no reply. When I ordered it was saying in stock but this wasn't the case, I've been told that they would receive stock within the week but still nothing yet.
I think this has left me feeling a little negative and unsure if I will shop here again after this experience.
Can't help feel a little let down this time around so I've dropped from 5 to 4 stars.

An excellent company to deal with. With a delivery date earlier than expected 👍🏍. Oh yeah, and you get a free packet of sweets!

There was a delay in stock of the item but this was communicated clearly and we were offered a refund, but we decided to wait as the price of the jacket was very competitive.

When the item arrived staff sent it out straight away on a faster delivery than we had paid for, with a few little treats thrown in.

Would highly recommend.

Great product the helmet fits lovely

First time visit to Get Geared in Leatherhead and very happy. Popped in as needed some waterproof trousers and Martin was very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting products based on my criteria. Will return soon

Bought brand new crash helmet delivery upgraded free of charge arrived next day.

My parcel arrived in great time. It was exactly what I wanted. Before shipping I had a call from them explaining my order seemed unusual, I had indeed made a mistake, not only was this corrected but I was refunded the cost of the things I didn’t need. They easily could have charged me and told me it’s my fault for ordering wrong. Will definitely use them again. And a little gift in the box too, love it !
