Placed an order on 10th April

Placed an order on 10th April, website stated stock either in store or warehouse and delivery will be from 13th April (fair enough) 15th April I emailed to ask where my order was and didn't get a reply, 17th April I ended up calling to see where my order was as it still hadn't been shipped, I was told my helmet was in stock but the rest of my gear they were still waiting for, they then shipped my helmet which I received the next day with a note stating I'd receive an email stating when my remaining items will be delivered, 20th April I emailed support again and still haven't received any reply..
Each time I go online and select the items and sizes I'm still waiting for it states the items are either in store or in their warehouse and delivery will be 2-3 days later!

22nd April I've called customer services at 11:15am and apparently I'm calling outside their working hours even tho it states their opening times are 10am to 17:00

I will never use this company again, it shows on their website that they are all for "motorcycle for mental health" but clearly this is not the case as this whole fiasco is a stressful situation!!

Still waiting???

Getgeared took an order they obviously, could not fulfill because 11 days later they still haven't.
Ok the site says be constructive so here goes...
1. Don't take orders for items that or out of stock
2. Do in the event you are out of stock contact the customer and offer a solution
3. Don't BOMBARD the customer's inbox with junk advertising product when you haven't fulfilled his order
4. Do answer email requests for information
5. Don't use Evri to deliver... they still haven't!

Order not delivered - no response to enquires

Ordered some wet weather gear on the 22nd March. Haven't received a dispatch date but did get a blanket email on 28th March saying orders were delayed because of Easter. Have heard nothing since despite emailing customer service (Suzy) and calling customer services today - line went dead 3 times. A Really shoddy customer experience. Avoid these guys

What do I want from an online retailer?

What do I want from an online retailer? A clear web page, a good range of products, competitive pricing (who doesn't like a discount?), good delivery terms and if I need to talk a contact number answered by someone polite and knowledgeable. GetGeared tick all these boxes. I would happily recommend and use them again.

Excellent price on top of which a voucher actually worked on an already discounted item.
Upgraded delivery so arrived very quickly.
Good communication
All in all I would not hesitate to recommend to friends/family or order again in the future.

Honestly the worst customer service…

Honestly the worst customer service I've had in a while I am so sorry but waiting 2 weeks for a £300 order 6 emails and direct contact no reply apart from a online chat saying 7 to 10 days not good at all.

One positive ordered helmet turned up on time and great quality and price

Scorpion EXO-491 helmet

Have ordered Scorpion EXO-491 helmet from GetGeared. Shipping was fast and received the helmet in 3 days. The only only down side for me personaly was lack of packaging material in the box. As we all now helmets are created for one drop only, so some extra bubble wrap would be benefitial to keep our gear more protected whilst traveling in the back of the van. Rather than that I am very positive about GetGeared and will recomend it to my friends.

What fantastic customer service you get…

What fantastic customer service you get from Get Geared. My 10% off code wouldn't work at the check out so George gave me a unique one off my first order.

Because part of my order was out of stock they gave me free next day delivery.

My boots were too big and again on exchange gave me free next day delivery again.

Also nice to speak to someone on the end of the phone who are so helpful and friendly.

I will always use Get Geared for any more purchases I buy for my bike gear.

Great company , very rare now days.👍
