I am very pleased with this Scorpion modular helmet,
it arrived promptly by parcel post,
I ordered a size 58cm and the fit is perfect for me,
it is handy to be able to convert from open face to full face quickly,
Altogether, it is a great product.

Normally have good experience with Get Geared. But, ordered a jacket I saw advertised, paid and received notification it was being despatched shortly. Two + weeks later sent e mail to be told delivery imminent. Finally received nearly six weeks from order. Poor service with no explanation why the delay or offer of a refund.

Keen price, accurate description, excellent delivery, can't see a reason to give anything other than a five star review...

Can’t fault the service. I ordered Sdoc bike cleaner. It arrived promptly. No complaints. A good service.

What an amazing company, my helmet wasn't in stock at the time of purchase. But i gave them a call, within 60 seconds we was joking and laughing about it! They got me a new helmet packed and ready for shipping, for me to then call back and ask for a different helmet 🤣 but they all fully understood and found it funny (other than the poor guy who packed it, sorry again) but I was very happy, the service I received was 10/10 great people and the helmet was amazing. The parcel was packed well with a nice note and some sweets. Very pleased can highly recommend. Not enough stars to be able to give them the 10/10 rating then deserve. Placed an order of 3 items in early March 2024 and the first 2 items arrived after 2 weeks, still a fairly long time these days for a delivery but this is acceptable. Waited a month for the 3rd item and the communication was shocking. I constantly was asking where my package was and was told ‘should be this week’ every week.
Thought I had been scammed as this was an expensive jacket.

Unfortunately, the jacket arrived and was faulty and ripped after 1 week of delivery (after 2 uses)
This is not a cheap jacket and I contacted the company who eventually responded to me and requested I send the jacket back for a repair or a replacement. I had originally asked for a replacement for the jacket following a few phone calls and photographic evidence, a replacement was agreed by Getgeared.

Unfortunately, but not to my surprise, it has been 4 weeks since I returned the jacket. I have not had any correspondence for almost 4 weeks now, the last email I received confirmed they had received my return and would be working with the returns department for a replacement.
I’ve emailed and messaged several times to request a refund in full and I’ve not received a response.

Getgeared have had my jacket for 4 weeks. I don’t have a refund or my product. This is theft.

I feel I have had to leave this review to even be acknowledged by this company.

Very similar reviews to mine on here. I will not be recommending or using this website ever again.

Ordered (and paid for) a helmet and gloves 5 weeks ago. Helmet arrived - no sign of the gloves despite eventually receiving assurances that they would be sent out the next day. That was a week ago. No response to my e-mails or messages. Avoid. Avoid.Avoid.

I have used Get geared for a while now and have found them to be extremely helpful in all aspects, I would recommend their services to anyone without question. Postage has always been fast and the hand written ride safe message on the delivery note is a great touch showing care for their customers.

Ordered boots. After a week still haven’t received them. Sent email to customer service but no response. Do not order from them, they are scammers.

Notwithstanding supply problems every effort was made to meet my requirements with some much appreciated personal service

Recently brought my first helmet and couldn’t be happier, get customer service and a very friendly team as soon as you walk through the door, they made sure I was happy with the helmet and the way it fits and great advice. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, very happy

I placed an order on 18th April and received an immediate acknowledgement stating express shipping.
Chased on 27th April and again 29th April. Still no delivery, no confirmation of dispatch, no update, no response to emails sent.

I have however, been bombarded with promotional emails!

Wish I had checked Trustpilot before I ordered.

Going to stick with Sportsbikeshop in future.
