Brilliant products and customer service…however!!!

Brilliant products and customer service Tricia is an absolute star. however you order an item(s) with a priority despatch date yet after the order has been placed the despatch date moves not once but several times.and you’re left waiting longer than expected ie despatch date for 1 item has now moved from the 5th then 7th And now 11th my other items date has also moved.
I’d happily give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the above issues

I'm waiting for a refund

I'm waiting for a refund. The issue I have I returned helmet thay received helmet then I had to call as thay never replied to chat ,still waiting on refund even though I have spoken to them on phone
Merchandise is amazing good quality unfortunately the customer service is severly bad and disappointing. Wishing I whent into shop

Hi Paul, you sent back a return which was received by us on 1st July. Initially you asked for an exchange however we had to inform you that unfortunately the size you requested is not manufactured and therefore an exchange could not be processed. This was discussed with you on 4th July and you confirmed you would be happy with a refund. You were told at the time that sometimes this can take up 7 days to be processed. Still not received items

Ordered a pair of gloves for my mod 1, they didn’t turn up on time and I have now been waiting over a month for them.

It’s hard to get a response via e-mail from the customer services they keep saying they’ll be shipped out the following week; it’s now on week 5 of this.

I am sorry for your experience with this order. Unfortunately we did have a delay with the gloves you ordered and they took much longer than expected to arrive back in stock.

When we communicate delays, we can only provide the information we are given by the supplier which can sometimes change. We take your comments on board and will see how we can improve our communication if there is a delay.

You have spoken with one of my colleagues today who confirmed that the gloves have now arrived back into stock and have been shipped on a next day delivery to arrive with you tomorrow.

I am sorry that we let you down on this occasion.

No refund after over 3 months and no communication.

Bought some boots on 04/03/2024 but they didn't fit so returned them the day after. I recieved an email on 20/03 stating they had been returned and I would be getting a refund. It's now 03/07 and still no refund and no reply to the 3 emails I've now sent. Won't be buying from here again.
Edit:I have finally been refunded. Was that because of my emails or because of the 1 star review I left on here? I'll let you decide. I have changed my review to 2 stars due to getting refund but I still won't be purchasing from them again.

I am sorry for the experience you had on this order. As explained on the phone, for some reason your refund for the return was not automatically processed - this was an error on our side and we take full responsibility for this.

It did take us longer than expected to respond to your emails due to a staff shortage. This is something we are working to get on top of and ensure we are communicating as quickly as we can with customers.

We are not perfect and sometimes a ball does get dropped - I apologise that it impacted you on this occasion.

You have now been refunded and this has been resolved.

EXCEPTIONAL…

You know big companies have their place but l like more than not to buy from independent shops , they’re so much more personal , take getgeared here , my order was deapatched and l chose DPD next day delivery , l was fully aware that an order on a Friday would be posted out on the Monday but they took the time to call me and say that’s what they were going to do which l thought was exceptional , how many big companies bother to do that , and on top of that my order arrived as expected Tuesday with a receipt and a small tube of love heart sweet taped to it , being an avid sweet tooth fan that was above and beyond for me , the item was a belong moto 2 and a case , both are quite excellent . Can’t recommend this independent family run business enough , if you like impersonal miserable service then go somewhere else but if like me you like the personal touches then you need getgeared for all your motorcycle bits . Many thanks

STILL NO REFUND after a month!

Not sure what is happening with customer service after reading the all the positive reviews, but unfortunately my experience of service is poor.
I purchased motorcycle trousers with a lead time of 5 working days + 3 working days dispatch. After not receiving the trousers, or any communication, I chased up my order several times via email and telephone. I eventually received them 24 days after ordering.
Unfortunately I had to return the trousers, the returns process online was straightforward downloading postage label and returning to post office.
A week after returning my order I received a email stating my return had been received and to allow 14 days for refund. Its now over a month since I returned the trousers and still no refund!

Update: I sent a message to customer support via website on 7th June and received a response on 11th June to state my return would be investigated and resolved within 48 hours. Sent another message on 14th June and NO response. Today 21st June still NO REFUND or communication.
I have wrote a review on here to highlight my issues to make others aware of the experience I have experienced. I also wrote a similar review on GETGEARED and it has since been removed!

Avoid from this company! Don't waste your time and money with them!

Avoid from this company. Poor customer service, communication and very slow delivery. I don't trust them at all!

Previously received products in timely manner but now so called express delivery takes more than 10 days for them.

I could understand if this would be explained and they would do exactly as described but no - it's ignored now.

If my case won't be solved - I will take step further.

No more purchases from this company GetGeared and will buy ONLY from original product maker without middle man!

Update:

I received refund and can't complain anymore! Thank You!

Still 3 stars review because my case was solved after 2 weeks.

Please improve customer service and delivery times!

Returned a weise jacket

Returned a weise jacket, set up the return, all hassle free, I asked for a different jacket and was delivered promptly, Suzy was great at making sure I got what I wanted.
I have purchased multiple items from them, I found them competitive in range and price! Delivery spot on as well.

Great & easy purchasing experience from website & fantastic value for money ( 15% bank holiday discount ie £30 saving on £200 jacket..) Delighted..!!!
Jacket wasn’t in stock when I placed my order but staff in Customer Services kept me updated until goods finally arrived 4 june ‘24 which was a little bit longer than I expected but nevertheless was pleased when recieved..
