Worst customer technical service ever.
Already 2 months that I sent my phone to GetHandy. The last email from them was more than a month ago. I normally check the status by email every week and from the last 5 emails there is no answer.
So I need to start to call every week. Weekly answers: We don't know. Them: it will be solved this way. Later: we still dont know the problem, so we do not know how it will be solved.
