The start of my journey
My GP had no patients accessing GLP-1 medication but supported me connecting remotely with a practitioner and provider.
This has allowed me to make improvements to my health outcomes and my mental bandwidth to approach a more balanced, self love approach to health and wellbeing, as opposed to many disordered weight losses and gains. The first being at boarding school in the late ‘70’s.
I feel lucky to have this medication available in 2026, and watch with excitement at the new generation of medications in trial.
The cost of these medications is a concern, but currently I am a priority and we are making it work for me.
I recommend someone starting a medical weight loss journey to do research on hormones and weight gain/loss. Many amazing medical professionals communicate about this. Find those that resonate and match your preferred way of gaining knowledge.

I have spent a lifetime of my weight going up and down ! Then at 52 I finally realised I was worth helping too. Best decision I ever made and I so wish I made this decision years earlier !! But it’s never too late and now I’m heading to 53 and I feel the best I’ve felt since I was 22!! You are worth it. Invest in your health, it’s all you really have 💜

AI is great until it’s not
The ordering process was easy as was my consultation (my doctor was early!!). However, after then things went awry. After days of hearing nothing I tried to look online in my account. I couldn’t find it so used the chat function. Unfortunately the response was that I was waiting for my consultation. I advised this had occurred but I kept getting the same response. I then used contact us but unfortunately this doesn’t get you to a human either. The chat bot responded with exactly the same response and then emailed me a transcript. I tried looking at my account but that kept defaulting to the contact us page. Long story short, Darlene from Customer Services finally intervened and was truly amazing. My 3 stars is an average taking into account Darlene’s 6 star assistance for which I am truly grateful.

NOT A SCAM
I thought this was a scam so did a lot of research first, i still wasnt 100% sure but decided to riske it. Its not a scam. Totally legit! Great service, easy to get appointments with Dr's and refill script, which was delivered via chemist warehouse. The only reason for 4stars is that the tracking app doesnt integrate with other tracking apps or take calories burnt into consideration.

Customer Care team was great
Customer Care team was great. I had to go out of town at short notice which disrupted the arrival of my new pen. Patrizia from the Customer Care team was so responsive, spoke to pharmacy for me and got my order expedited. I was able to receive my new pen and get it in the fridge before heading out of town for the week. Thanks so much team!
