Horrible app/service. Took 3 days to arrange a tow. They use Robots/IVR to call you and text you, and if you don't give them your credit card right away they cancel. Anyone feel comfortable giving c... See more

This was the first time I used this…
This was the first time I used this roadside assistance I have AAA, but this was offered through my Uber app and they were much faster and got me going much quicker. I was very happy with the service.
This service is so bad
This service is so bad. I used it to get my car to a mechanic after it was broken into. And when the tow truck came and got my car they towed it to the wrong address. So i had to call for a another tow to get it towed to the correct address that was 300 feet away and made me run out of credits to tow. When i called to get that tow reiembursed they said no. Dont use this service i would not recommend!
Terrible experience
This company facilitated a tow for my dad's car out of his garage because the car would not release from park.
The tow company damaged (gouged and scratched) his brand new epoxy flooring and there is photo evidence that the tow company took prior to the tow that showed no damage. Upon returning home from work, my dad discovered the damage to his floor and sent them pictures.
They denied the claim, saying that they 'investigated' and found the tow company not at fault. Subsequent attempts to contact them have been completely ignored.
Leave you hanging on the phone
Leave you hanging on the phone. I called : 4 times. Was on hold for over half hour each time. Finally got action from Dan Orlando who was nice and managed to get me the tow service I needed.
Nothing URGENT about them!
They sent a Las Vegas request to Canada &/or allowed a Canadian company to accept the request & had me wait 3 hours for service that never came. Then they had me wait another hour to find a local provider to take my order. As an Uber driver, it's one thing when my car costs me money, it's another when a company that Uber hires to do a job AND their name implies fast service costs me money. This company is a joke & there is nothing urgent about their ability to do the job, let alone a good job. Note, this is not a reflection on the local service providers who also have to tolerate this company.
worst ever customer service
Mercedes Benz uses them at their roadside assistance provider, I have been trying to get my car towed for 3 days and they keep assigning the same company that never shows up. It’s beyond deplorable they won’t even allow you to speak to a supervisor and assign bottom
of the barrel companies to tow luxury vehicles.
NEGLIGENT COMPANY
I called urgently on Friday ant 2pm it’s not SUNDAY 11:50 am and they’ve finally decided to pay the tow company that I’ve been waiting for. Nothing but NEGLIGENCE from this company. They do not communicate well and they will give the tow companies the WRONG INFORMATION more than once which will cause delays . They caused me to be stranded and miss out on a rental car for two days. Today is Sunday and thr dealership is closed so now I cannot pickup a rental still. They refuse to provide me with a Uber ride as well. Worst experience ever.
Urgently is horrible, slow, and ask for extra cash
Urgently is the roadside coverage vendor for my auto insurance. They have a nifty app that makes everything look great. You almost immediately get assigned a provider and then you notice the time. It usually starts at an hour or more and keeps slipping. I have used them three times over the past few years and they just leave you hanging for hours. When they come they still might ask you for cash to cover the service fee. It is fully paid by the insurance but we have still had guys ask for cash. Also, check your claims and make sure they don't double bill your insurance. Horrible service providor.
