I placed an order and then realised I'd ordered the incorrect size! Geyser were amazing - put the order on hold until I had managed to speak to them and sorted it out promptly. Refunded the difference to me immediately and I received the radiator within a couple of days.

Looks great but still to actually install it in-situ
Only issues i had was with the delivery guy only delivering the heater and box of fixings.
I guess he couldn’t actually read !
Geyser contacted and delivered promptly the next few days later and luckily not in rush to get installed.

Very high quality product
The delivery was fast and efficient and the radiator arrived completely intact. It feels and looks very well made, high quality and the mirror is perfect without any distortion. The installation was quick and straightforward and it is heating a 5mx2.6m room perfectly (while the mirror remains cool). An excellent product at a fantastic price! I watched a few YouTube Geyser videos, which were very useful in choosing the correct product. Excellent company, highly recommended!

Ordered this for delivery to our home in Northern Ireland only to be told it would cost an extra £180 in delivery (for a £300 radiator). I don’t understand why the company advertises free delivery in the UK and then try to charge for delivery to N Ireland. N Ireland is part of the UK

Thank you for your comment. As it was explained to you at the time, this radiator needed a specialist courier, due to the weight. As the courier we use doesn't deliver to Ireland, your order needed to be on a pallet. This was to remove any risk of injury to person, or damage to the goods.
We do not make any money from any courier charges, and the price you was given, was the price we would have to pay. This is because the radiator would have had to go on as a double pallet, (taking up 2 pallet spaces to Ireland) due to the size of the radiator.
All of this was explained to you in full, with a FULL refund and apology.

"All of our prices include the cost of shipping so there is no additional charge for delivery to England & Wales at checkout. For customers in Scotland and Northern Ireland additional charges may apply. You will be contacted with an exact price for delivery and given the option to proceed or cancel order."
