I purchased a lamp from the labaie.ca website, but when it arrived, I noticed it only had one bulb instead of several as shown in the pictures. I contacted customer service through labaie, but received no response and they refuse to refund me. This violates customer protection laws. I advise against buying from this company.

I just wanted to say your Acapulco Indoor/outdoor Chairs are beautiful. I ran into a problem with the bolts and asked for replacements and they were sent out immediately. Outstanding!!

Don’t buy from this company!! The item I ordered was stained upon arrival. We notified GFurn same day and requested a return. They and their shipping company have kept us at home everyday waiting for the item to be picked up and we are on day 5 - everyday they commit to a picking it up and everyday they are a no show! We don’t work from home and are losing wages and vacation time. Also GFurn has our money for a product that was damaged on arrival- this is the worst experience ever! I’m afraid we may need to seek legal advice given the lost wages - thankfully we have friends who are lawyers.

The website was clean and easy to use, we found our chairs in colors that we liked and for a great price. They arrived very quickly and the shipping cost was surprisingly low. Although one of the chairs arrived with minor cosmetic damage we heard back from the company right away and were offered a very reasonable refund. Very happy with the quality of the product and the excellent service provided.

We saw the most amazing coffee table on their website. I naturally jumped to inquire about the delivery time by emailing them because from my experience with other furniture from other furniture stores, it can sometime take months to arrive.

The customer service was very prompt to respond to my inquiries and the coffee table arrived 3 days later on time. I was so happy with the workmanship of the coffee table. It is just stunning.

I noticed there was a tiny scratch on one edge of the table and I emailed customer service again to ask if they can send us the exact colored paint/finishing used on the coffee table so we can rub it down.

They replied very fast with an answer. Turned out they did not have the finishing liquid at their factory, but they were so nice to offer me a $100 refund for the inconspicuous damage. I was shocked at the generous level of customer service.

I highly recommend their products.

Our GFURN product arrived damaged, it was obvious the package had been handled very roughly by the delivery service. I emailed GFURN and received a response within a few days, they offered a partial refund. I asked if they could send a replacement instead and they agreed. The replacement arrived in good time. Overall good customer service.

I bought this in charcoal grey March 2021 and within 2 months began leaking the white Polystyrene balls everywhere. There is clearly a hole in the liner bag which I can't access and so the filler balls seep out of from the beanbag everywhere. It makes a huge mess in my living room. I bought it through PC Express and I am still trying to return it as a defective product. Very frustrating as cost almost $400.

Their furniture is unique and they have an excellent customer service.

Super responsive to inquiries. Bought 3 gorgeous counter stools for a great price. Came well wrapped and looks great. Had them for over a year and they have held up well.

I wish I read these reviews before ordering a coffee table on May 8 2021. I have called and left voicemails everyday for 10 days and no call back.

My CC was charged and paid in full but to timeline or tracking number.

After 30 days I will contact the fraud department of my credit card.

I purchased four counter stools from GFurn. The stools are fine but were a bit large for our room. I did not notice the ten-day return policy, and because of our remodel it took more than ten days to figure out the chairs weren't quite right. My designer and I both requested an exchange for the chairs and received NO response. No reply to our email, no response to our phone calls. I spent over $1,000 and GFurn's customer service was non-existent. I would not ever purchase another item from them.

I was nervous about purchasing online from a company I'd never heard of and couldn't find much about online. But loved a table lamp on their site so much that I took a chance and bought it (didn't hurt that it was on sale at the time and they accepted my offer that was a little lower than the price on the site). Received the lamp 9 days after ordering. Absolutely beautiful, excellent quality. Zero regrets. I would purchase from this company again if I can find anything else I can afford! Beautiful designer quality stuff.

It really surprises me to see negative reviews about G-Furn. My experience from first contact, to delivery, was top notch! I was in contact with the vendor throughout the process of ordering my GORGEOUS chandelier. They replied, almost instantly, to my emails and were very accommodating to all my requests. My chandelier was shipped within hours of ordering it and I received it in 5 days (which is unheard of during this pandemic!)! I wish I could attach a photo of how great the fixture looks (check out the Hendricks chandelier if you’re curious). I will not hesitate to order from them again!

I purchased a Bertoia bench reproduction. The bench was shipped almost immediately and was received in excellent condition. This is a high quality reproduction that is affordable. Based on my experience, I highly recommend GFURN.

I ordered 4 of the Norman Counter Stools in Walnut ($1364.40) for my real estate office. The stools arrived in a timely manner, but the veneer quality was poor on two of the four stools, they looked faded and worn. We had intended to use the four stools together, but with the quality issues, we won’t be able to do that. I sent 3 emails and left 3 voicemails and received absolutely no response from Gfurn. This purchase has been a complete waste of money and time. Just use a reputable, trusted online retailer, I wish I had!!

I had a good experience ordering from GFURN. I used their 'make an offer' feature to get a discount, and shipping was pretty quick - about a week. The chairs themselves were exactly as I envisioned them - green replica 'Eiffel' chairs with gold legs. The chairs are well made, sturdy, and comfortable. I will order from GFURN again!
