NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN

I run a Shopify store ( LuxeByMimi.com ) - I used the ShipItFurniture store through Syncee.com for dropshipping and ShipItFurniture never fulfilled the order for my customer. She purchased a ShipItFurniture mirror priced at $268.79. My customer never received her order and I'm left dealing with a chargeback. This company advertises 1-3 day shipping on Syncee.com and they did not honor their claim. I called and even emailed this supplier MULTIPLE TIMES and NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. In fact I received an automated text message after calling with the ShipItFurniture company stating that "We do not offer customer support via phone. To get the help you're looking for, please email us" When I emailed I got NO RESPONSE from them. This is bad Business. I am seriously disappointed as my company has been active over a year and it is just now maintaining 2-10 orders per day from my valued customers. This looks bad on my end and its affecting my business negatively. I have imported over 10,000 ShipItFurniture products to my store through Syncee and Shopify Collective Platforms. I WILL BE DELETING ALL ITEMS FROM THIS MERCHANT AND NEVER USING THEM AGAIN. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

ASSEMBLED IT OUT OF THE BOX AND THE LEGREST RELEASE MECHANISM IS BROKEN, LEGREST IS FROZEN, AND DOES NOT RELEASE FOR MY MOTHER TO BE ABLE TO ELEVATE HER LEGS. SHIPITFURNITURE OFFERED A REPLACEMENT OR CREDIT AT FIRST BUT SINCE HAVE DISAPPEARED AND FAILED/LIED TO HONOR THEIR AGREEMENT! I WANT A REPLACEMENT, PLAIN AND SIMPLE! TAKE THIS JUNK OF A CHAIR YOU SHIPPED AND SEND IT BACK. THEY PROCEEDED TO OFFER A $45.00 CREDIT FOR OUR NEXT ORDER OFF FAIRE WEBSITE. WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE AND SLAP IN THE FACE! LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW TO STAND BEHIND YOUR DAMN PRODUCT OR DONT DO BUSINESS AT ALL!!! PATHETIC! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Customer Service Very Responsive

Fedex lost my package, so I cannot review the quality of the furniture. However, I will say that customer service responded immediately and rectified the situation fairly. I will give them another try based on customer service alone.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for ShipIt Furniture. I was honestly a little skeptical about ordering furniture online, but it turned out to be such a good decision. The delivery was on time, everything was packaged really well, and the quality is actually better than I expected for the price. It just made the whole process easy and stress-free. I’d definitely buy from them again.

Great experience overall

Great experience overall! The furniture looks amazing and feels really high quality, especially for the price. Ordering was easy, shipping was smooth, and everything arrived in perfect condition. You can tell they really care about their customers. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for nice furniture!

I’m updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Once communication was established, I received excellent customer service and they offered an agreeable solution quickly. I will purchase from them again!

I really wish that I hadn’t given this company a chance. I ordered a $300 dresser in Beige and received it in White. Mistakes happen. However, the lack of response to any of my communication via email or on their website is the reason for my 1 star review. If you do not have a phone number for customers to call, then respond to their emails.
