We ordered a vanity for our daughter…

We ordered a vanity for our daughter for Christmas and we started to put it together. The instructions read to first do an inventory of the parts. So we did. We were missing to of the drawer side rails and the lighted mirror was shattered. So we sent Ship it Furniture an email and they responded with so sorry for the inconvenience and we can understand your daughters disappointment but we don’t replace missing parts. It was the craziest thing I have ever heard from a company that clearly is in the wrong and didn’t send all the parts.. they didn’t even respond about the shattered mirror. I’ve asked them to start the return process but I’m sure they will give a horrible response to this as well!! I WARN EVERYONE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.. CLEARLY A SCAM OPERATION!!! My next email will be the BBB TO FIX THIS MESS.

UPDATE—
Just as I thought this company is awful, they are now telling me that I can pay to ship the broken and missing parts vanity back to them at my expense. Once they review that the packaging is in good shape and the products all there then they will issue me a refund.. again crazy!! I’m being punished for a bad company that can’t pack their product with all the right parts and broken glass when I open the box. This came from their assistant manager! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAD BUSINESS. THEY DONT DESERVE HARD WORKING FOLKS MONEY AND WILL PROBABLY BE OUT OF BUSINESS IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

Don't waste your time or your money!

Can't get any response to emails. Order still hasn't shipped. Your phone numbers do not work. Assuming this is a scam!

Customer service

Even though I was unable to get the item I ordered (it was actually out of stock at the warehouse that COULD deliver to my location), I am so impressed with their customer service. I was notified in approximately 12 hours from the time I placed the order, that they were unable to fill the order and it was cancelled, and a refund would be issued. I emailed them to ask how long it would take for the refund. In less than 24 hours, I had a very apologetic response AND the refund was already issued. I will definitely give this company another chance because of the excellent customer service. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I REALLY wanted that particular item and I'm soooo disappointed that I can't get it.

Successful purchase

When I made my initial order, the price was $92+/-. I paid the advertised price. About 30 min later, I was advised that it was not in stock and cancelled the order which was reimbursed. I checked again and the price was now $120+/-. I paid again and it was approved and shipped. A little frustrating, but the item shipped on time and was what I was looking for because it matched one that I had in another room.

Received wrong item but contacted customer support and was able to return it without any issues. Good communication to ensure I had the return label and directions for returning it.

Carbon Fiber bookshelves

I ordered carbon fiber (like material) bookshelves but received a dark gray wood shelf. After multiple emails with Oliver, I was told that they could not send my correct order and was never told the reason. However, after a generous refund credit was offered, I reluctantly decided to assemble the bookshelves I received. They were easy to assemble and appear to be a good quality for the price.
I have recently read many negative reviews about ShipitFurniture with all the same reasons I initially spoke about. My suggestion is to read all of the reviews good and bad and make your decision appropriately.

This was the worst shopping experience…

This was the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had with an online retailer. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a recliner sofa and requested a cancellation within 36 hours of the order, prior to receiving any confirmation of batching or shipping. Oliver responded to my cancellation initiating the shipping and providing me a tracking number that wasn’t even available to track yet. I responded stating that I requested cancellation and not for the item to be shipped, however he only kept repeating that he can’t cancel because the order shipped. I contacted the shipper who informed me that they do not have possession of the delivery. I requested a phone call from Oliver to resolve, since the phone non their website is fake and the company doesn’t accept calls, however he refuses to speak to me, requiring me to file a dispute with my credit card company! Buyer beware! I highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere!

Unprofessional Ship It and Fantastic Furniture

2 'failed' delivery attempts...but no one knocked and we had someone home both dates...no updates via email/phone despite raising an enquiry with ship it directly after the first failed delivery. In my enquiry I asked them to update the authority to leave on delivery...no reaponse.

Only realised the order was out for delivery today again because I checked the tracking number while typing out this complaint the first time...then the delivery failed again.

Not shopping with fantastic furniture again.

Understandable if I can't receive a quick turnaround from staff...we're all under the pump but (1) at least actually try to deliver with a reasonable process (2) update the tracking automations to include a notification so I can know the fulfillment status of my order...so unprofessional.

And after all this I still have no idea where my order is and doubt I'll have it delivered in a reasonable time frame.
