I appreciate her attention to my concerns and the effort to make things right.

I originally left my first review because I was having trouble with a return and wasn’t receiving a response. After receiving several emails, the issue has now been resolved. Sandra’s customer service was prompt, and she stayed in consistent communication with me throughout the process. I appreciate her attention to my concerns and the effort to make things right. The worst experience ever

No communication other than email. My husband and I drove to Lithia Springs, Georgia and returned defective merchandise to Shipit furniture warehouse. Too many manufacturing flaws inside warehouse. Upon arrival workers accepted the boxes and refused to give a receipt. We drove 13 hours from Texas! I wouldn’t recommend using this company to anyone. Highly dissatisfied with Shipit furniture.

Better than expected!

I ordered my loveseats and fully expected to wait at least 2 or more weeks for everything to be delivered. Everything was at my door 5 days later! There was no hassle, no issues with the loveseats, they were exactly as described but better in person. They are good quality. I also didn't have to pay for shipping or delivery, which was a money saver in itself.
I'd definitely buy from them again in the future.

I love this company
I always order my furniture from this company, and I have no complaints. It takes 1 week or less to arrive at my door whenever I order from here. Product is always as described, and I have a great experience.

Terrible paid for expedited shipping…

Terrible paid for expedited shipping and over a week later was emailed saying they couldn’t fulfill my order right before Xmas after three emails inquiring about my order. I’ll never order from here again or recomend anyone else to order from here neither.
