We cannot recommend GGM Gastro as it…

We cannot recommend GGM Gastro as it takes days for your order to be actioned or processed. With one successful attempt to contact them they say they can’t find packaging to wrap the already boxed product.

The reason for the concern is noted below:

Based on recent customer feedback and company information, GGM Gastro has not officially stopped delivery to the UK, but it is currently experiencing significant shipping delays and logistical issues.

Avoid this fraudulent company

Avoid this fraudulent company at all costs. We bought a standing freezer, which arrived over a month late and which was damaged in transit to us. Numerous emails and numerous phone calls later and I have gotten nowhere closer to solving this issue. At every encounter ggm staff have been evasive and utterly unhelpful. The item cost us nearly €1k and it is absolutely useless and we have had to remove it from our kitchen to avoid failing food safety inspections

Such a terrible customer experience.

1 month since damaged goods arrived and were reported and yet im still waiting on someone to get back to be to book a collection.
Ring every day, get told priority and its been escalated. Yet no contact from them.

2 weeks later and still no order

2 weeks later and still no order. Shipping company set an appointment but it got cancelled because GGM didn’t keeps their promises to the shipping company.

Also paid 35€ extra for delivery with heftruck but the delivery company isn’t informed about it so money paid for nothing.

Communication is also bad and it can take weeks till you get an response.

I shouldn’t buy anymore at GGM. It’s not the expected German service and experience

Opening night ruined staff don't care!.

Can't comment on the quality, never received my kitchen. Will now miss our opening night!. Customer service is shocking!.
Stock in England, lies they drop ship from Germany, #6 days in stock. Don't fall for it, weeks stuck in customs!.

I genuinely don't think we've ever recieved a worse service than what GGM Gastro offered

Wow, what can I say. I genuinely don't think we've ever recieved a worse service than what GGM Gastro offered. On purchasing a fridge unit (which was not simple on the website) we were then instructed that the unit was coming from Germany. after two week's we had heard NOTHING, then I chased the Logistics company who said the pallet was broken. GGM then tried to charge us an extra 350 euros for a "special" delivery. Then when we refused they said they would charge us for storage and to send it back. We ordered on the 27th Jan and I got our refund from Paypal dispute center on the 28th March. POOR POOR SERVICE GGM. Do not use for anything stick with the well knowns Nisbets & Next Day Catering

I need to speak with a supervisor or manager regarding a month-long return issue 103050925 #C for a big oven. I have been a loyal customer for four years and use your products in both of my restaurants, but the current level of service is unacceptable. I need a decision-maker to step in and resolve this today.

AVOID AVOID AVOID shop at a reputable vendor

If I could give a zero rating I would, we received a fridge early February and it has not worked from day one, despite numerous emails and whats app messages we are being ignored, their sales team tells us they are very busy and someone will come back to us when we reached out to them.
Stay away from this vendor if you want a quality product and good customer service as all they do is take your money

🚨 Never again GGMGastro! 🚨
My experience was an absolute NIGHTMARE

the goods were not delivered to us even though delivery was included , they wanted extra 250 euros for the delivery , which was not originally agreed in the order , generally very bad customer experience and attitude to customers, as the delivery date was missed by 4 weeks , and even though the general terms and conditions clearly state you are entitled to compensation for late delivery past two weeks we never received anything and the customer service was denying any compensation, which is not in line with the terms and conditions valid for the order therefore they are breaking the contract , generally not recommended and would not purchase again

6 weeks no equipment no refund - scam

Return customer. Ordered items which said shipped within 3-5 days. It's now 6 weeks in, UPS have returned it twice back to GGM, no refund after requesting, incredibly rude staff who cannot accept any fault or remedy a problem. £1200 spent and nothing. Absolute fraudulent company.

Defective product

The freezer I ordered arrived defective. The complaint was recorded, I received a defect number, but nothing has happened for weeks. I have not received an offer for either a replacement or a repair.

This is a scam

I wish I saw the google reviews before ordering to this company.

I can’t understand how they reach high reviews here and in google, as this is clearly a scam.

I ordered two products for 600€, the ones arrived weeks later, damaged and non functional… and it seems this is the case for thousands of people.

Have been sending messages and calling from day one, but my calls always gets disconnected and the emails responses they blame me for the damages of product before delivery

I’m a microentrepreneur, limited budget and unfortunately, I’m starting to think imma lose my money.

Terrible Company!!

Terrible Company!!! We are a business based in Ireland, we got shipped the wrong item and we got no support whatsoever: no phone, nobody answer emails if not by sending you forms to fill, to which then no follow up. it has been over a month now, no money back, absolutely no communication, no customer service: they're just there to grab your money and run, stay away!
