Good quality sink, well packaged, responsive customer services

After a terrible experience with Adexa.co.uk where I am still awaiting a refund, I ordered a sink through GGM. The sink arrived very well packed and undamaged, exactly to size. Good quality. I was missing the plugs and contacted them about it and they send replacement parts immediately. I was very impressed.

Warnung an andere

Warnung an andere: Ich habe vor drei Wochen bei GGM bestellt und habe meine Bestellung noch immer nicht erhalten. Obwohl sie geantwortet haben, haben sie keine hilfreichen Informationen geliefert. Seien Sie vorsichtig im Umgang mit diesem Unternehmen

It’s is now 5 weeks since I ordered , 1 piece out of 6 has arrived. The other 5 pieces have not . They were shipped via UPS with no paperwork, then sat with UPS for 1 week and with no paperwork, UPS sent them back . 10’s of emails and 10’s of phonecslls , I still do not have my goods . This is the most disgraceful, disgusting company I have ever dealt with, we are now suing this company!

Heated Gantry Damaged On Delivery

Purchased a Heated Gantry and it arrived via UPS, it was delayed 3 times, and finally delivered and it was absolutely battered, all 8 halogen bulbs were smashed, i used the ggmstro website to file a complaint, but no matter what i do on there it doesnt seem to send me a case number or anything so literally cant get in contact with them, i don't even mind the damage and scratches on the unit but having to buy 8 brand new halogen bulbs is honestly unacceptable..

If you are buying something from UK i would 100% avoid anything with glass or bulbs. it won't arrive in good condition and trying to contact this company is like trying to contact aliens...

Customer service is a scam

The shipment eventually arrived, but almost one month late.
What made this experience truly unprofessional was not just the delay, but the complete lack of adequate communication from customer service. While the order was missing, I did not receive any clear, ongoing updates. Messages were ignored without real information.
The feeling was that once the payment was received, there was no real interest in keeping the customer informed or taking responsibility. This level of communication is unacceptable for a professional supplier.
The issue was resolved only because the shipment finally arrived — not because customer service handled the situation well.

Very poor service

Very poor service. The delivery did not arrive within the stated 2–4 days and instead took 7 days. The product I received was damaged. I am confident the damage was not caused by shipping, as it was located in a protected area, which indicates the item was sent already damaged.

I reported the issue and submitted a return request, but for the past four days I have been unable to reach anyone. There has been no response, and the product has not been collected.

Since I was unable to use the product, I cannot comment on its quality. However, the customer service is extremely poor, and I would not recommend shopping from this company.

Ordered a jack stack in November

Ordered a jack stack in November .it was delivered damaged . Having contacted them they asked for me to return it . Which was done by ups. I have contacted them everyday since and I am still waiting for my refund nearly 10 weeks . Absolute appalling customer service . My advice is don not use this company at all . My next stage is now to contact my bank to get involved regarding my refund .
