I received broken article and no solution
I received broken article. It was not taken back and nobody reacts on emails and calls. I had to call 5 times to customer service waiting 40 minutes in line and at the end the issue is not solved. They just disappeared.

I had a great experience with GGM Gastro International GmbH, Luton branch. Their prices were the best I found, and the staff were friendly and easy to talk to. My order arrived quickly, and everything was packed well with no damage. The products are working wonderfully, exactly as I hoped. Customer service is non existent, issues raised no response. Telephoned opted for call back, no call received. Items still not delivered and no updates at all on when we can expect the items.

I ordered two items and only one came
I ordered two items and only one came. After two days they sent me an email how they forgot to send another item and asked me if I want a refund or they will send it to me. I chose refund as I decided that the first item wasn’t good for me either. I filled online form for returning and after one week I haven’t heard anything from them so I called them. They had no clue what I’m talking about as on their system it says that item was sent a day before. I had to convince the person on the phone that I have received the item a week ago. Of course, she couldn’t help me so she said someone will contact me. After another week still nothing. I was sending emails back and forth and they were telling me how refund was processed, and it wasn’t. I have to mention how someone was so unprofessional vi emails saying that we discussed all of that and the refund is processed. When I wrote back that I still have received the money after few week and nobody came to collect the item they stopped replying. Now, after one month going back and forth I called them again and they don’t know anything about it still. I have to wait until someone send me an email with an update. So unprofessional and disappointing. I will never order from them again!
Very poor customer service
A few days after I've placed my order, I received an email from them stating that my VAT was not valid, even though it was correct, but their response was so slow and it took several days to hear back from, so I called their service and they confirmed it was indeed correct and had to wait for the adjustment in their system.
A week later they claimed I still had an outstanding balance to be paid and didn't reply to my email asking what it was about.
It took so long, I decided to cancel the order and another order I had placed - I urgently needed the products by then so I ordered it elsewhere.
I didn't hear back from them for over a week and suddenly the second order was delivered, even though I had instructed to have it cancelled. By then I already had the products from another store.
I'm still trying to return this wrongly sent order, but they aren't replying to my mails.

I should have read the reviews before. I am in Italy and I thought buying german products thinking the Germans do it better....W R O N G. Perhaps they are not germans anymore in their work force. Bought some equipment and the sliding doors hinges came broken and the stainless steel scratched... but the worst is the cheap film all over the shelvings, tables, etc.... it is so cheap the film they use that it is taking me hours, literally, hours to take it off. Shipment was bad, communication (one way street) they never reply. I am not being mean, I am just telling the truth. This company SUCKS all way. They should be reported and not do business anymore.

As a B2B supplier, your obligation is to resolve urgent equipment failures within 24–48 hours. Businesses depend on working equipment at all times — this is not a consumer environment where delays might be tolerated. Your handling of this matter is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of accountability and customer care.
It is shocking that a company serving professional clients can operate with such disregard for service. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing anything substantial from you.
Your behavior in this case has been unprofessional, negligent, and absurd. I have initiated a credit card chargeback due to the lack of response, and I will not be a returning customer.

slicing machine
I bought a slicing machine and when we opened it, it was making a very loud noise. I contacted support, and they asked me to do a lot of things to try to fix the problem. I said this was insane — me trying to fix a machine that wasn’t working properly in the first place.
They arranged a pickup of the unit, and after some time they sent it back saying it was fixed. But when I opened it to slice some prosciutto, it was exactly the same — very, very noisy. I told them what was happening, and they sent me a video claiming they didn’t encounter any issues and that the unit was working fine. I replied, saying no, it’s not, and sent them a video showing it was making the same loud noise.
Now they’ve replied again, saying they “fixed” the problem, as they supposedly showed in their video.
That’s insane. Honestly, don’t buy from them. It’s absolutely crazy and exhausting. They keep saying it’s fixed, but it’s loud and not good.
I will never buy from them again
