I WISH I COULD RATE THIS COMPANY AT 0. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY. BRAND NEW FRIDGES LESS THAN 5 MONTHS OLD. REPORTED NOT WORKING IN DECEMBER. PROVIDED ALL THE INFORMATION ASKED. BEEN RINGING EVERY DAY AND EVERY DAY THEY SAY THEY WILL CONTACT US AND THEY DON'T. COMPLAINTS TEAM STATE THEY HAVE NO SUPERVISOR FOR US TO TALK TO A. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY EVER

Do not order with them

I pais 300 euros on a griller in september! Did not receive the product, did not receive refund, they take ages to answer emails, they don't refund me, they don't send or find the product sent, an absolut disaster!

Damaged goods and terrible customer service

While GGMGastro offers quite attractive prices, its customer service is incredibly bad. Merchandise arrives damaged and GGMGastro‘s customer support refused to exchange the goods, does not find the order number or simply does not answer. I would suggest you stay away from doing business with GGMGastro and order from a place that cares about its customers.

Stay away from this company

We bought a double deck pizza oven with a digital display. We received and installed the oven in due time only to realise that one of the two decks is constantly switching off for no apparent reason making it impossible to work. The day after we installed the oven we contacted the company to let them know of the problem. They said that there is no technical support in our country (Greece) and that we should ask for it to be replaced or we should ask for our money back since the product is brand new and it is faulty out of the box. We did both and they ended up refusing, asking us to call a local technician saying they will cover expenses up to 150 euros.

Avoid at all cost

This is a company you don't want to do business with. I made an order and tried to cancel it. They did not reach out until days after in the day after they shipped it. Then they provided no solutions and tried at all costs to make it so that I kept the item. They were arrogant and support did not address any of the issues, it seemed like talking to a bot, just replying the same thing over and over instead of clarifying with the best solution as a proper company does.

After I finally managed to return the item, by refusing the package, they let me know that they couldn't tell me the costs of return until the item arrived.

A few days after they told me the cost would be 80% of the cost of the item + shipping. The item cost 155 with shipping included and they wantde to bill me 120 for the return. The item never even left the delivery truck.

On top of that, throughout the whole process they were a nuisance to deal with. They provided no solutions and zero care for the customer.

Had I seen the other reviews I'd never have made this order. Avoid. They give no cares for the customer.

FRAUDSTERS

I bought two dehydrators from them. One of them came with strange dots, which we did not attach importance to, thinking that it was the color of the metal.

After less than a week, rust spots began to grow at these points. And this is only on one of two dehydrators!

When I wrote about this to support, the problem took a week to answer me back.
And a week later, instead of a replacement under warranty, I was offered a rust remover as a gift. SERIOUSLY? They cheated me out of money and a guarantee.

GGM Gastro sends a defective product and after you tell them this, they just throw up their hands and send you to one place.

FRAUDSTERS, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Disappointing Sales and Client Support Team!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with GGM Gastro, and I feel compelled to share my grievances about their sales and customer service. The company's behavior throughout my interaction with them left me frustrated and unsatisfied.

First and foremost, the sales team at GGM Gastro displayed a shocking lack of integrity. They blatantly lied about the shipment time of the product I was interested in. Promises were made to expedite the process, but once they had secured my payment, it was as though I ceased to exist. My attempts to contact the salesperson via email were met with silence and disregard. This level of unprofessionalism and deception is unacceptable.

Even more exasperating was my interaction with GGM Gastro's customer service. The rare instances when they did respond to my emails, they failed to address all of my questions or concerns. It's as if they had no intention of assisting or satisfying their customers. Furthermore, when I attempted to call their customer service department for assistance, I was met with unhelpful, indifferent representatives who seemed disinterested in resolving my issues. This lack of support and disregard for customers is infuriating.

In summary, my experience with GGM Gastro was marred by a complete lack of respect and a severe deficiency in customer support. It is unacceptable for a company to make false promises, ignore customer inquiries, and provide inadequate assistance after a sale. I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with GGM Gastro, as my experience was far from satisfactory, and their business practices are far from commendable.

They messed up my order with some other…

They messed up my order with some other company order. I called the support to find out why my delivery never arrived and the first employee was incredible rude and he hunged up on me.
I called a second time and this second employee was really helpful and could solve the issue, following up my case and calling me the day after to check if everything worked out.

Misleading customers

I ordered already 2 weeks ago.

On the website said ARRIVAL IN 2 TO 5 DAYS, however nothing has arrived yet. I tried to talk to them on the chat, no one replies.

Nothing was even shipped yet.

Such a terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service

Contact with GGM Gastro is very difficult and slow from the UK. We ordered a steel sink unit and one of the doors had been damaged during transportation, the other doesn't close properly and scratches the base internally - we only unwrapped the unit months later to find the damage. The whole reason I purchased the items was to be as durable as possible, but it has arrived damaged.

When we contacted GGM Gastro, they told us there was nothing they could do because it hadn't been reported within 14 days. The product clearly hasn't been used (still with its protective wrapper on it). I contacted them again to find out if we could get a replacement door, but was we would have to fix it ourselves. I'm really disappointed because the workmanship of the unit should have been far stronger and the customer service has been terrible.

By comparison, when I've purchased items from other retailers, such as Wayfair, they've apologised and replaced parts within days - free of charge.

I've also found each time I've contacted them, they only answer the first question, ignoring the rest. We also asked about purchasing another shelf for a table unit we purchased - but had no response on this.
