I bought some products from this terrible company, including a KMF3 a group espresso machine for EUR 2,460.79.
After less than 2 months of use, the machine started not working.
I contacted support, they always denied or asked me for dozens of videos showing the malfunction.
In the end I asked for a refund for the machine and they had the nerve to say that it's not a technical problem and that I should dismantle the new machine (so I lose the warranty) and fix it.
and after hundreds of videos that the machine is stopping working after only 2 months of use, the only thing they say is ‘we will let you know’
To conclude, they don't want to make the refund and take the coffee machine back.
So I had to contact the bank and the lawyer.

I ordered two products from them on 13 August and paid immediately as a private individual. There was no order confirmation from them, just an email that PO was received. After a week of silence from them, I asked for the status and was asked if I was ordering as a private person or a company, either way I paid as a private person.
One week later still nothing, no order confirmation, no delivery, after a few emails I got information that the goods were lost in delivery. Importantly, I didn't receive any confirmation that they had been dispatched or a tracking number.
They asked if I wanted a refund or new delivery, I chose new delivery (very wrong decision)! After almost a month there are no goods or money back. I asked for a refund and was told that the process has been started and I will get my money back within 10 working days! But no question about my IBAN number, I just wonder how they will know where to return a money, and as well 10 working days for money return. Humiliating for such a company. Never again, and please accept this advice, do not order from them.
Nevertheless their customer service by phone doesn't have a clue about anything and they lie about basic information - for example guy on phone tell me your goods are on its way - when I asked him to send me tracking number, you can guess, I didn't get tracking number while I already got information that refund process was started.
I have already filed a claim against them with the German consumer authorities, as well as I will file a claim with the tax authorities with a request to check their business.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Stay away from this company!!! Still waiting for a refund from 16 weeks ago and still nothing back. Ordered an outside bar for an event, item showing in stock and fast delivery, paid for it in full then received an email to say its out of stock? Then asked how long to restock, got told 3-4 weeks which is 2 weeks over of the ordered dated agreed. Cancelled order within 24hrs. Then few weeks later i received a random phone call from a transport company at a UK sea port to say they want to arrange delivery from GGM Gastro, i told them that the order was cancelled weeks before so they went back to GGM to arrange returning!! All this time i`m emailing GGM asking where my refund is....they just ignored my emails so started phoning them (which is costing a fortune) customer service is diabolical, they come up with excuse after excuse and really don`t care about their customers at all!! Parted with £1,400 and nothing to show for it apart from a massive pain in the ass & phone bill. I will get this money back but when is a different story.....Like i say, stay well away from this company!

I’m beyond frustrated with the service from GGM Gastro. I purchased a freezer on August 8th, and it took them over two weeks just to ship it. When I finally got it, the freezer wasn’t working at all. I followed all the steps to report the issue on their website—submitted the invoice, photos, and a detailed description. But instead of any real help, I got a generic response asking for the same information again!
To make matters worse, the freezer doesn’t reach the necessary temperatures. The display shows -16°C, but the app I got from GGM Gastro says it’s warm inside, and now all my products are melting!
This is unacceptable customer service, and I'm seriously disappointed. How do you plan to fix this, GGM Gastro? My company is in Portugal—what’s your plan to provide the necessary assistance? I need this resolved ASAP!

The ice maker arrived without any fault and was easy to set up. Since than it's been working perfectly. Upon reading the comment section I was a little worried because I've paid in advance, but my experence says to order without any fear again from this company. The ice maker is robust and making even more ice as promised by the company site. Very satisfied and I recommend the firm.

A very good experience equipping a commercial kitchen
I bought a commercial kitchen for a domestic home. It was easy to order from the international website or email/phone. Communication is quick and accurate between the German and satellite offices (specifically Barcelona in my case). I had a transport damaged item delivered. Damaged items reported through the website are dealt with very efficiently. I was immediately offered a small but reasonable discount to keep the damaged item, which I refused. Within 1 week the damaged item was collected and 1 week later the replacement was received. I live in Portugal!! I have another large order to make next month and am very confident of a similar excellent consumer experience. Recommendations: open and check your delivery immediately and take photographs if possible.

4-7 days delivery, waiting for more than a month now and I only get excuses for why they haven't sent my package yet. They blame the ship to the canary islands, 1 little item isn't in stock for ever and the only option is to cancel all and order it when it is in stock. No reasonable people that work there

Cheating professionals (GGM) don't deserve any respect.
There are numerous fake 5-star reviews posted by the company's employees for GGM Gastro. We purchased equipment worth over $30,000, and it was all completely garbage. We've sent more than 60 emails and made over 100 phone calls, each lasting over half an hour, with zero results.

As a business owner in the culinary industry, I invested over $30,000 in what I believed to be top-tier kitchen equipment from this company, only to be severely disappointed.
The equipment received was not as described. Many items were defective right out of the box, including specific examples, a mixer that stopped working after three months the refrigerator that couldn’t maintain the temperature the pizza oven never reached 350 degrees.

Extremely slow service, and the customer service is even worse..🤦♂️
Ordered a display fridge, and delivery was slower than expected, but that i can handle, but the fact that the unit came with a non UK plug was beyond us as this was not stated at the time of ordering.
Naturally we contacted customer services, only to be told to buy an adapter..🤯🤯🤯 No consideration, no empathy, just told to incur extra cost and suck it up and deal with it...
This doesn’t give faith should the unit fail at any point..🥴
Will be avoiding in future as customer service leaves zero confidence...!!

I thought for a long time whether to order goods from this site or not.
Lots of negative comments here and on facebook.
On May 1st I ordered a rice cooker from ggmgastro.com.
The manager told me “they have a lot of work” and delivery from Germany to Estonia will take 14 days.
On May 6, I received a message from ggmgastro.com that my order had been sent to UPS.
On May 7, UPS sent a tracking number and said that the package would be delivered on May 13.
On May 9, I received an SMS that the parcel would arrive on May 9.
I am pleased with the experience with ggmgastro.com and the price of their products.
I want to place a large order of equipment from ggmgastro.com.
When I receive the order, I will write here.

This company is so bad its unbelieveable, slow to send the product, would not return it, they insist on sending a new one instead of returning the product which is obviously not a very well engineered one. I thought you could send products back no questions asked but apparently that is not true here. It took about 6 weeks to receive the product and almost a month until they answered us with all the details to send the product back. The customer service people are arrogant and not very helpful. A bad company, I’d rather cut off my foot than order from these guys again.
* update, they eventually refunded me but they made it very hard to do so - therefore I changed the rating from 1 star to 3

Mini forno per pizza - mini oven for pizza
The oven is exceptional.
Arrived quickly, prepared as recommended and put into operation.
UPS doesn't always live up to its reputation, but the support received is top notch.
Tips for users:
Remove the polystyrene and vacuum the remaining balls well.
After vacuuming, I recommend using a hairdryer to blow the inside of the oven well and using a light, even that of your telephone, to check the inside carefully.
Secure the "rubber feet" and the handle well, proceed with pre-heating in the evening.. you pay less for electricity.

UPS non sempre è all'altezza della sua fama, ma l'assistenza ricevuta è al TOP.
Consigli per gli utenti:
Rimuovere il polistirolo e aspirare bene le palline rimaste. Consoglio dopo l'apirazione di usare un asciugacapelli per soffiare bene l'interno del forno e con una luce, anche quella del telefono, controllare bene l'interno.
Fissare bene "i piedini in gomma" e la maniglia, procedere con il pre-riscaldamento in fascia serale.. si paga meno l'elettricità.

I have just received the coffee grinder I have ordered from this German company and after I was charged expensive duty tax cost (prior delivery) the machine arrived damaged, already used and with coffee powder everywhere! It also had an adapted second hand container lid which is not fitting. Shocking, Scandalous and appalling! Another insulting fact is that after all the aggravation they caused with no attempt of refund they have all of a sudden reappeared out of the hatch pretending that nothing happened. Pathetic.
