Very poor experience
Ordered an item advertised as in stock, with delivery in 5-7 days. 6 days later, when the product was almost due to arrive, I received an email saying that the product is, in fact, not in stock and the lead time is 4 weeks, the moment when I cancelled the order.
Two days after I confirmed (8th day after the order) they confirmed the cancellation of the order and that the refund was initiated.
2 weeks later, still no refund, I emailed them, and they replied "As discussed, we have just initiated the refund". One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, avoid at all costs.
Update: they refunded me, after I gave them a deadline and left this review. At least I got my money back, so I retitled the review

order dishwasher, water reservoir heater does not work from the beginning. we have sent it back in warranty period. we had to pay shipping costs. we got it back and still not working
we ordered a fridge table, it came without the doors...
calling service they couldnt believe, after a year contact still no solution.
we ordered a saladette, dead on arrival.
Since they have grown it became worse. production quality is getting worse, how can you even sent out fridges without doors?
things break easily
service has always been bad but equipment in the beginning (few years ago) was still ok but now, expect 50% of delivered electric devices to be broken or missing parts.

I have got a product which was broken. 30 days later the GGM has not sent the new product to me even though all the necessary photos have delivered to them within an hour after a delivery. They haven't picked up the broken product either even though it is so big that the customer has difficulties to keep it (over 100 kg). Both delivery company and customer have seen the broken product during delivery and customer did not even opened the product case because it was broken. Really bad customer service from GGM and cannot recommend this company to anyone.
I got the next product 01.04.2025 without any tracking information. The GGM gave me the wrong tracking information and they started to figure out the correct one. Funny though that I got the shipment before they did it. And the product was totally broken again from the bottom. GGM offered me compensation 100 EUR for that and they did not understand that the product was broken and customer cannot even use it. Then they said that they are so busy that I need to wait for the new one. Really unbelievable. The customer has got twice broken product and their customer service tells me to wait....That customer 'service' is a bad joke.
Very bad experience with GGM Gastro.
I placed an order of over €6,000 on their website and selected delivery with liftgate service because my shop has stairs. Despite clearly stating this, the transport company only offered curbside delivery and refused to bring the items inside.
I had to reject the delivery, and since then, it’s been a nightmare: no clear answers, they asked for serial numbers of products I never received, and I still haven’t been refunded a single euro. Over a month has passed with no resolution.
Extremely unprofessional for a company that sells heavy equipment to businesses. I won’t buy again and I don’t recommend them to anyone.

I have ordered 2 items 2 weeks ago and…
I have ordered 2 items 2 weeks ago and nobody answer my emails, telephone does not work..., after 2 weeks I requested to return money and they returned it. But I chose this company because it promised short delivery terms which is not correct. Their telefon does not exist, I lost 3 weeks with trying to connect them to find out when my order will be delivered. I am satisfied that I got my money back but the same I lost a lot of time.

I have ordered an appliance and before ordering I called to confirm that the item could be delivered 3-4 days later, we are now a week later and the item hasn't even shipped, it's a scam!
UPDATE: I have never received any form of refund!

Our company bought 6 large equipments…
Our company bought 6 large equipments from this company, one of the large frige come broken already with a loud noise when plugged in and other with out producing cold... requested for a technician intervention under warranty and was offer to outsource my own technician and all expenses should have to be payed by our company, was told the warranty is for 1 year and only cover spare parts, the rest would be at our company costs!!!
So, we are stuck we 2 brand new BROKEN fridges, of the 6 that we purchase from this company, and now we still going to have to spend much more money to fix them.

Seriously, I'm writing this review as a warning to anyone considering these people – save yourself the stress and go ANYWHERE else. We started a new business and, like fools, decided to order two vital pieces of equipment from GGM Gastro. Their website promised delivery in 2-4 working days. HA! Two MONTHS later, we still hadn't seen hide nor hair of our order.
Calling their so-called "customer service" was a daily exercise in frustration. They were absolutely useless. The only response we ever got was "we're working on it," with no actual information, no delivery date, nothing. It was like talking to a brick wall. And the absolute cherry on top? After I dared to ask (repeatedly, I admit, because two months is a LONG time) where our order was, they THREATENED TO HANG UP ON ME. Yes, you read that right. That's their idea of customer service.
Because of their incompetence, our store opening was hanging by a thread. We'd built the entire store around the dimensions of the GGM Gastro equipment. So, what did we have to do? We had to drive all the way from the Netherlands to GERMANY to buy the EXACT SAME APPLIANCES. And even then, the fun wasn't over! We had to wait THREE HOURS just to collect them. Three. Hours.
And then, the refund saga began. They wouldn't refund the original online order until the non-existent items were returned to their warehouse. Seriously?! After countless emails and even more waiting, we finally got our money back. But the whole experience was a nightmare. It cost us time, money, and a huge amount of stress. So, take my advice: STAY AWAY FROM GGM GASTRO. Your mental health will thank you.

Following our last review , we were told they would look into the problem. As expected this didn’t happen so no surprise there!! We reported it to our credit card company to deal with the refund.
Now today we get nasty email demanding payment for items that were never delivered.
There customer service is joke so please think carefully about using this company.

Extremely unprofessional and disappointing customer service
I ordered a steel table from GGM Gastro, but it arrived scratched and damaged, likely due to issues during production and transportation. I filed a claim, and the company offered me two options: either return the table on a pallet or accept a €40 compensation—an inadequate offer given the extent of the damage.
Since I live in an apartment in a big city and the table was not delivered on a pallet, I explained to customer service that returning it this way was not feasible. They initially assured me that I could send it back in boxes instead, provided I first sent them a picture. After doing so, I was once again told that I had to return it on a pallet. Despite reiterating that this was not possible, they repeatedly went back and forth, sometimes agreeing to the box return, only to later insist on a pallet again.
This frustrating process has dragged on for over a month, with no resolution. To make matters worse, the last time I called to clarify the issue, the customer service representative hung up on me. I am extremely disappointed with how GGM Gastro has handled this situation - their customer service has been unprofessional and unhelpful throughout, leaving me after 1.5 months with a scratched table in a cardboard box still ready for pickup in my living room.

Would give 0 stars if I could
Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a double fridge and 4 extra shelves in it on November. Got the fridge and 3 wrong shelves on December. Had to send pictures of the products with tape measures next to them to launch the return process (which by the way took three weeks). Then at the end of December got informed that the shelves were out of stock and will be restocked February 5th. Then on February 7th got informed that they will be restocked on March. Customer service just sends copied and pasted answers, horrible experience all around.

I have bought four different equipment from this company, three of them came damaged and took forever to arrive, one display fridge arrived completely damaged, I took photos and send them by email and they offered me a €140.00 compensation which I asked for a full refund (also I’ve taken a insurance) my lawyer sent them a letter but they just ignored and sent me €166.00 (god knows why) PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. This company is completely unreliable. We have bought a lot of commercial kitchen equipment and we ignored other peoples warnings. Their service is non existent, they take no responsibility, respond as though you are an idiot. We are left with thousands of euros of equipment completely useless. We have lost thousands in rotten food because of their failure to address our failing display fridge, now its dead. Our equipment failed after just a few months, its not even old but definitely substandard! They are a joke. Buy local and forget these scammers.

Do not expect quality materials on this site despite its high price - zero customer service après vente
I am a new restaurant owner. They poorly packaged our dishwasher so it arrived damaged and unusable. Then "customer service" proceeded to play games and make us jump through hoops saying they would send a new one straight away and pick up the old one as currently I need to hire someone to do the dishes during service now. Today they’ve just said they won’t send us a new one. One week of playing this game thinking we’d get our product. We spent over 15k in materials on their site and it’s absolutely disgusting and shameful to do this to people.
If you own a restaurant and you want quality materials, do not buy from here. The drinks fridge they sent us also sucks but we’re just dealing with it for now until we can get enough money for a new one. Poor quality materials. Avoid avoid avoid

Terrible company to deal with , there is no customer service, we purchased goods to 450 euros , the items were never delivered despite them telling us the carrier tried to call, we sent 12 emails asking for delivery times none were given , they have since sent a credit note for the 409 euros yet only credited 199 euros to my credit card saying the rest will be kept as restock-age charges !!! We have since reported them to the credit card company, be very careful using this company

My advice is to stay well clear of GGM Gastro
I would not recommend this company. Their customer service is non existent. They do not keep their promises and getting them to respond to you is impossible. Our goods were damaged in transit 4 months ago and we still have had no resolution. When I try to contact their service department a message comes up to say my case is closed. Since I have posted my reviews on Trust Pilot and Google, GGM Gastro have proceeded to report my reviews as fake and defamatory, (writing bad things which are not true). Both Trust Pilot and Google have now been provided with email correspondence, requests for help, invoice details and order/delivery information). It's a shame GGM Gastro aren't as quick to sort out customers issues as they are on trying to remove genuine reviews by unhappy customers.

Stay away,,,,,, I bought oil filter machine and paid more than 1000€ it said that the item will be delivered in 5 working days, but it took 4 months to arrive, because the filters of the machine where not available, after all that waiting when we use the machine in the hot oil the filter melt in the oil making the machine useless,, after contacting them about that problem they offered to get us new filters, until today we didnt get any filters and the machine is not used yet and they refused to return it.
So basically they took our money and gave us garbage.
