I love my new sculpt hair straightener.
My last ghd straightener was easily 15years old and still working fine. I thought I’d treat myself to the latest technology ghd, I’m not disappointed it works a dream.

I ordered theGHD straightener, but I have not received it. The tracking says it was delivered, but when I got home and checked, I couldn’t find the package. I was out at the time of delivery, so it’s possible it was stolen .
I would like to file a complaint regarding this issue and request a refund, as I have not received my order.

This review is not about the product…
This review is not about the product but the service received. Placed order on website on 15th July just before 7pm, via Blue Light (so 20% discount). Contacted them via WhatsApp at 10am on the 17th as not had any tracking advice it took them 50mins to reply saying that there had been a system issue (??) and it had not been dispatched. Replied straight away asking if it would be delivered today as it was purchased as a birthday present. Anyway to cut a long story short took them 3 hours to advise that it wouldn't be delivered today although they did manage to cancel the order. Lesson here is give yourself time if ordering direct from GHD as obviously they have issues with ordering system.

I don't see a real difference…
I don't see a real difference result-wise. Maybe over time I will appreciate healthier hair, but so far it is a regular hair straightener. I also find strange that, at that price, the device does not have a case.
