Excellent product
Easy purchasing and fast delivery, what’s not to like. The prices are a little high compared to similar items, but in my book you get what you pay for and GHD are by far the best!

Never received my straighteners after 7…
Never received my straighteners after 7 days but nobody wanted to deal with this in a timely manner especially as I said I was going on holiday and wanted to take them with me as I was attending a wedding . I feel replacement should have been sent out to me while the non delivery of original parcel taken up with delivery company .

Terrible experience
Terrible experience as I ordered the new Sculpt product for next day delivery. The item was then never delivered as EVRi kept delivering to the wrong address and sending photographs or random buildings. It took me a few days to get this resolved but Rachel helped me in the end.
