Just been ripped off by this company do not use.

This is a scam company not a legit .merchendise.
I ordered from them a fedora hat and when i track the order i see that will came something shiped by aliexpress hungary.

If i wanted something from ali or temu i could ordered my self and cheaper

They are just drop shipping products from China/AliExpress. Please don’t buy and support this company. The products does not have proper labels, etc… avoid!!

Just send cheap crap not anything like advertised

I wouldn’t even give one star. I bought 2 hats they arrived in a plastic bag crushed and damaged. I complained and the offer me a small portion of refund, but the hats can’t be worn. They sent again in the same packaging, all crushed but will only give me a 50% refund. I would not ever buy from this company.

I bought a hat from the webshop.
The first problem was that I received an email informing me that the delivery time would be 5–12 days. However, on the website, the shipping policy states 5–12 business days, which is already misleading.

When the order arrived, the quality was unacceptable — the stitching was uneven, the inside was poorly finished, and I have no idea what material it’s made of (the webshop claims it’s wool), because there’s no label inside, but it feels more like synthetic fiber than natural material.

When I reported the issue, they first offered to send me another hat for free. I declined (one piece of junk was more than enough for me) and asked them to refund the price of the item and send me a return label so I could ship it back. Their response was that they couldn’t provide a return label and that I should return the hat at my own expense.

(Here’s a bit of math so it’s clear for everyone:
Hat + shipping: €33.16 + €4.60 = €37.76.
Return shipping: €12.15.
Total: €49.91.
Out of that, I would only get €33.16 back — so I basically paid 16.75€ just to look at a low-quality product made from an unknown material.)

I strongly do not recommend buying from this company — in fact, I suggest you avoid them altogether!

Unbelievable! The worst. I am so angry. They delivered the children's hat in a plastic bag. All damaged and frumpy.

Took an age to deliver and when came it wa cheap rubbish from China. In now way does the web site suggest it’s Chinese, very over proves for what it was.

Poor quality, they buy in from temu, change the description and charge 4 times the amount for a badly made cap.

DO NOT BUY From this company GHELTER HATS , received hat and was to small I asked for a refund as stated on there website they offered another hat which were all the same size as the one to small plus terrible quality CHEAP I have not heard another word from them they also have to give you the address to post hat back still waiting for that con artists

Rubbish quality hat. Not real aninal fur nor is it adjustable. The delivery took more then 10 days which is a joke

*DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY*
One cap was received within about 2 weeks, the second cap has not been received after 5 weeks.
The company claim it’s been dispatched & the will send tracking number but that was a week ago and still radio silence from them.

Great company, I bought a cheese cutter hat for my dad for Father’s Day and it didn’t fit him. I emailed them asking to exchange/return it with the explanation and they generously said they will send me a bigger size for free and I can keep the one that I originally got. Amazing company and customer support would 100% buy from again.

I ordered a hat off the website for the first time. Over a week passed and it still said it was pending. So when I decided to contact them, they said the carrier lost track of my order even though it didn’t even shipped yet. They also told me that the hat I paid for was “out of stock.” It actually wasn’t when I checked. Once I tried asking for a refund, they said no. Their customer service is a joke just like their entire business.

FYI, the hats are all stolen from various companies. They are also made out of poor quality than what it says in the description and they resell for more money.

Please don’t fall for this scam like I did.

Ultimate worst ever experience.

They sent me the wrong product which is already a scam. Second It was broken upon arrival. Their customer service was a real a-hole and not willing to give me a refund for sending me a broken product. (It was broke inside the shipping package). Instead they offered me a gift card for a lot less than what I payed for ao I could get more of their crap and pay the extra shipping myself for the new whatever I would want to order. As I replied that I want a full refund and for them to pay the return shipping the wanted me to ship it out pf pocket and they would only refund me if the package would arrive to their location. So they could just say the package never arrived denying me for a refund and woul lose even more money on the shipping costs.

Worst shop ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHI G and warn others!

WISH I could give zero stars. The products come from Aliexpress, I saw it when I got an update on my order. Paid R600 for a cap that Aliexpress sells for R70 and the quality isn't great - it's what you would expect of a R70 cap not a R600 one. Ghelter is acting like a fancy overseas company but is not. Sorry.

Hat was received damaged. I took photos and video, as requested, before opening the packaging. I was offered several incentives instead of a full refund. I requested a full refund numerous times, as per my consumer rights and, over three weeks on, I have no refund and Ghelter have stopped replying. I tried phoning but phone does not connect ) tel number looks incomplete). My experience suggests this company is a total scam. I had to give one star to write this review. It should be minus one star, as I’m out of pocket with a hat that is unwearable.

Ordered a straw pork pie hat, it came all squashed up a right mess.i still have'ny recieved a refund in 4 weeks although i posted it straight back.crap company.do not waste your money on them.

Hats arrived all wrinkled and not of the quality advertised. Poor stitching and sizing was off. Don’t buy from this company. I tried to cancel and then got a reply that”sorry we can’t, the ‘system’ automatically ships and no way to stop the order. NEVER BUY FROM GHELTER!
