Bought items online and then visited the store in Preston which is awesome. Customer service in store was brilliant and some amazing deals. Well worth a visit.

I can’t recommend ghostbikes.I returned some gloves for exchange.2 weeks later they sent me a much cheaper different model which were tiny.Gave to the wife as cannot be bothered to return again.

As a total newbie swapping 4 wheels for two I was a little bit intimidated going into a shop like this. My first thought was how open it all was and how tidy and well ordered the displays were.
The staff were exceptional, couldn't have been more helpful. Talked me through some bits and helped me choose appropriate equipment. Very patient while I tried on helmets etc. Didn't think I'd be an extra small as I'm over 6 foot but at least it made my partner laugh when I told her and then got me in trouble when it didn't fit her.
I'm at the beginning of my biking journey and for as long as that continues I see no reason to not keep going back here.

I ordered the cargo net on Sunday 2nd Feb. Out of curiosity I read some of the reviews and was a bit worried about the service I might expect from Ghostbikes. It was delivered today 4th Feb and all was fine.You can only speak as you find.

Never had an issue, used mail order and bought in store. Staff are always friendly and there is always advice and help available.

Received my helmet at an unbeatable price, shamefully was too big so returned and received my correct fitting helmet(great fitting but it was my first time ordering a helmet so thought I needed next size up) the helmet is lovely, bargain price and the people on the phone were lovely and helpful. Would 100% order from them again. Thank you Ghost Bikes.

Very happy with the deal recieved from UK Good Deals (owners of ghostbikes.com) . A jacket I'd seen at a 'high street' store was £70 cheaper from ghostbikes.com and even though the high street store had a price match policy they refused to match it so I placed my order online. It was after placing my order I read the reviews and ratings on Trustpilot which didn't fill me with confidence of getting the right product. This wasnt the case, a brand new, faultless correctly sized jacket arrived next working day free of charge. I could even track the parcels arrival through a link provided. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars from me. Having just returned from a European tour I can say the Richa Titanium mesh jacket done the job perfectly keeping me cool on the hot days and dry on the wet one. Happily recommend ghostbikes.com

Great experience purchasing 2 motorcycle Helmets helped in a very professional manner by Meghan and James , nothing to much just explained and helped well worth the trip to Preston huge showroom with mega selection to suit all and able to hold try on the helmets which made my purchases easier.
Ps also opening a forward thinking coffee shop was a lovely experience

Wanted a pair of Knox motorcycle jeans which I had seen on line at £69.99. Travelled to Ghostbikes to try them on, liked them and asked to price match as they advertised. Ghostbikes were selling at £109.99 but offered to sell at £89.99, hardly price match +25%. Make sure you check they will honour the deal before you waste a journey.

Totally reneged on thier own price match plus 25% of the difference deal! Just refused to honour it. Its one of the centre pieces of thier sales pitch on thier website. Blatant false advertising!

They sent me the wrong item, leaving me to foot the postage cost and inconvenience of returns. No customer service resolution. Poor service. Won't be using them again

Ordered a few things, including a pair of leggings.
All arrived, on the card tag the correct size was listed, but inside the product *completely the wrong size* so I sent it back. It took a week to get back via their return system, then another week for them to acknowledge it (after I sent them several emails) - was then told they didn't have my size in stock that they were going to order it. Then, finally told they wouldn't be able to get it til November, after having had my money since September.

Asked for a similar alternative, was told the only thing they had was a pair of leggings twice the price, and still in the wrong size. Now I'd much rather they'd said 'sorry we don't have anything in your size' than stupidly offer me a product that clearly wasn't suitable.

Terrible communication, constantly had to email them to get any information and terrible service. No discount offered, no real apology, just incompetence

Forget this shop. The prices might be fine but it will be a nightmare if you have any problem with the order. I ordered 4 items to fit my Bell helmets, only one was correct. Sent a lot of emails, answered by at least 3 employees that should go back to school to learn how to read. After sending the second!! email to describe what was wrong, the answer I got was "We are really glad that you have now got everything you wanted, If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.". I thought it was a joke. We're now at Paypal to solve the issue. Look elsewhere and save your precious time and patience.

A tiny shop offering a guarantee price promise which is total rubbish.
They used to be the best discount shop out there, now, without doubt, they are the worst, (unless you want xs or xxl sizes then they are 25% more expensive) prices are around 50% more than most competitors, and they will not even match let alone give you the 25% price difference there are bigger and better companies out there that offer great prices from the start, I think someone very greedy appears to be running the show now so cannot see them being around much longer if they continue to spend more money on desperate advertising and less on discounted goods.
Please do not apologise and ask to discuss the item again. Maybe you should just stick to the unknown brands and stop selling the quality brand names.

Tried to steal money from me!! I bought a helmet from them, tried it on and it didn't fit so I sent it back in the exact condition it was sent to me. I then get an email saying that they wouldn't be accepting my return because it was returned in an unacceptable manner and that I had removed a visor shield, which I had not. After calling them and arguing the matter they basically insinuated that I was a liar and that they wouldn't of sent it out in that condition. So they charged me for a visor and refunded the difference. I managed to get the money back from the thief's via a PayPal dispute. So unless you want a product sent out to you in a used condition then I would avoid buying from them, and if you do, make sure you do it through PayPal.
