Made an enquiry about expense claims and it was resolved very swiftly by chat via an agent called Fardeen. I was provided with a solution without having to contact the customer service department via telephone, which saved time and provided a very efficient resolution.

I have recently transferred from another umbrella company, the transition was smooth. There have been a couple of hiccups along the way but these issues were sorted out promptly and professionally.
