First class company
Have just retired and have been with Giant for around five years. I have always found Giant to be professional with all my questions answered and situations resolved in a timely manner. Although I have dealt with many members of the team, Taryn has been particularly helpful.

Do NOT use Giant
Be very careful when using GIANT. They are not clear on their onboarding process about payment and deductions. Sporadic payments when I told you will receive weekly payments. The customer service is also awful, I spoke with a Conor Gregory, a Giant employee, he was completely uncompassionate and not helpful at all, he gave me incorrect and misleading information. Conor Gregory just lied thinking I wouldn’t know but I do, he was so rude. I would highly recommend steering clear of this company.

Would 100% recommend
They are excellent. The experience is frictionless. They are very supportive. I worked through another umbrella company before joining Giant and the experience is night and day. My 100% recommendation is stop looking around and just go with Giant. You can then concentrate on succeeding in your day job.

Utterly awful
Utterly awful , I’ve left Giant ( contractor) so used their umbrella payroll. Two months of constant emails, yes used their portal I am still in a weekly bases chasing for my P45! All they do is dish out excuses!
Would I recommend absolutely not!
